One
of
the
best
Michelin-starred
dining
experiences
I
have
had
to-date.
Sühring
is
an
incredible
concept
overall.
That
said,
I
have
given
4
stars
due
to
a
couple
of
points
mentioned
below.
Our
group
visited
for
Lunch,
all
opting
for
the
full
menu
but
decided
not
to
take
the
wine
pairing.
The
service
was
warm,
welcoming
and
friendly
throughout.
The
staff
were
definitely
attentive
and
made
the
experience
fun.
Food
was
exceptional
considering
flavours,
presentation,
taste
and
quality.
Unfortunately
the
twin
chefs
were
away
when
we
visited
and
there
was
very
little,
or
basically
next
to
no
interaction
with
the
chefs
or
kitchen
apart
from
a
quick
tour
which
was
a
bit
of
a
shame
when
compared
to
some
other
concepts
and
restaurants
which
made
this
year's
Asia
best
list.
I
also
did
not
feel
much
innovation
with
some
elements
of
the
German
dishes
and
certain
ingredients
presented.
This
plus
the
lack
of
Sommelier
suggestions
and
input
for
wines
was
a
little
disappointing.
We
loved
the
Vinegar
drink,
Fish
courses
and
Beef.
Overall
the
balanced
pace
of
service
was
smooth
and
mostly
well-polished.
The
atmosphere
(seperate
small
dining
room)
light
and
ambience
was
beautiful.
Btes
and
snacks
in
between
dishes
were
very
good.
These
meant
that
it
felt
like
a
lot
of
food
was
served
and
sampled
overall.
All-in-all,
the
story
of
this
unique
concept
shines
through
and
Sühring
is
definitely
a
must-visit.
