👍👍 We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and really appreciated the service. The staff were very friendly and looked after all our needs very well. Their facilities were very good and matched what was advertised. We liked the Siam touches with the decor and design of the building. We would certainly return... We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and really appreciated the service. The staff were very friendly and looked after all our needs very well. Their facilities were very good and matched what was advertised. We liked the Siam touches with the decor and design of the building. We would certainly return to this hotel and area as we enjoyed it very much. The breakfast buffet was to die for and left us full and ready for the day in the city. It is centrally located along BRT with connections to the rest of the city. Going on skytrain to get around avoids the heavy traffic in Bangkok.

Funky old style hotel complex in Bangkok. There are not many like this any more. Enjoy a beer and people watch in the open bar restaurant on Silom Road. And still going in a slightly different fashion post covid.

Below average food. Green curry was only worthy of it but the prawns in it were with shell - couldn’t eat those! The chilli shrimp with cashew tasted bland and so stir fry pork which was a mess. Service was slow and not Friendly. As compared to 2012 when I last ate here - this was a terrible experience!

I went to the foodcourt zone, many popular Thai dishes there. They are offered in lower price with large amount and good quality. Free drinks. My favorite menu is the rice with crispy pork and BBQ pork (normal size THB 65). Staffs are friendly.

Lovely lovely place in and around silom. Visited here with my dad who has been coming here since late 1980's. Open air dining with complete traditional and local cuisine with live music and dance performance. To talk about the food, extremely fresh and tasty are the seafoods. Truly i haven't tasted such freshness with lemon chilli and garlic sauce. Do try out! And oh such a historic place it is, safeguarding the teak houses. Do visit and enjoy!

Nothing to be amazed about. The Typical touristic rip off place filled with tour operator groups. We went there as a couple and were immediately served with a chinese style food specially made for complicated tourists. By complicated I refer to the simplicity of the food that tasted like nothing. No salt no spices and which has nothing in common with real Thai food. It looked like a kind of chinese style food. The staff first served every guest and continued to do so for all other incoming ones before the show even started. We had the time to finish diner and dessert before the show even started. All the tourists were talking so loud that we couldn't even hear the musicians playing. The show was short, less than an hour and combining food, show and loud tourist ambience was in my opinion not worth the price. Very disappointed.

The whole place is closed (all restaurants, shops, cafes). Seems it didn’t survive Covid.

These rooms are large, spacious, and we’re very clean. They did not have any windows which made them feel slightly cave-ish, however compared to other hotels we stayed at in the area this one was much nicer and cleaner, especially for the price. The front desk staff was great and happy to help anytime we needed.

Quality food for a decent price. I started with the chicken rice dumplings, which were sweeter than I had anticipated (peanut sauce) but very tasty and came in a large portion. I had the Silom Village recipe chicken for the main course, and it was delicious! Perfectly spiced and, again, served in a generous portion. Nice ambiance to restaurant, which is situated in an outdoor courtyard nestled in the village center.

This restaurant is a strange combo of Thai and American food. Actually, it might be a 100% American restaurant, just Thai style. I've never seen seafood pizza and seafood soup at an American restaurant before. It's in the middle of a strange touristy shopping village, with lots of souvenir shops. So I think that most people that come here arrive on tour buses. But the food is tasty, and the service is good. It's all outdoor seating, but they have fans all over, so it's pretty cool.

Location is best . I don’t want to give 3 stars for someone business . I write reviews I just want to know hotel staffs .

The atmosphere during the day is relaxing. Walk inside and find any table you like (the seating is open daytime). In the back there is a waterfall and open area. For lunch there are several stands to select from, including pad thai, fried oysters and eggs, pork and rice, and a selection of traditional Thai desserts. This is a good place to come and get to know the original flavors. The khao griap bpak maaw (ข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อ) is original flavors that's hard to find elsewhere. The woman making them has been there for over 30 years. Be sure to take a bit of chilli and a bite of cilantro or lettuce to follow; it helps balance the sweet and salt.

A nice place to enjoy Thai food and drinks with friends. Outdoor settings. A few bars . It's nice evening place. Always has night traditional dance show. Simple.

Hmmm. Probably the best place to try out some traditional Thai cuisine for a "farang". Order a couple of dishes and enjoy super good food in a splendid atmosphere. They have a huge range of seafood and the staff is friendly and fast. It's a place I visit every time I go to Bangkok. Stay and enjoy the show with traditional Thai dancing and music. Eat lobster and fish till it comes out your ears. For a very moderate price.

Along with a great cultural atmosphere with live music and traditional Thai architecture, here is where you can try authentic and quality Thai dishes. It's a good place to get an overview of Thai food. Recommended dishes: hoy jo (minced crab meat in plum sauce), Tung tong (golden bags), Khao griiap Bak mo (chicken dumplings/chicken tapioca), muu sarong (minced pork rolled with rice noodles in plum sauce), and kanom krok (coconut rice pancakes).

Stopped by just for a drink and snack. Calamari was uninspiring but passable. Mojito was strange—almost tasted like it was made with gin? Would not return. Beer was cold!

Too good. Great food and service from waiters. So many choices on the menu made it hard to choose. Will have to go back for more. Fairly priced for the serving size which was above expectations. Go there! Enjoy.

👍👍 We love the curry crab! But!! It comes too late.........when it comes, we are all already half full... that's why the service is not 5 star. But it's still recommended! Just make sure that your crab is coming as soon as the other dishes!

👍👍 I didn't taste any different than 40 years ago. I came quite often with my family when I was young. Tenderness and robust flavor all stayed the same for many decades. Line pretty long and longer every time I visit. Full of foreigners. Recommend for taking togo.
