I don't know if the service staff have sad lives, hate their jobs or what could possibly be the reason for such discourteous and apathetic service. The menu has a section of "All day special sets" offering various cuts of steak at various levels of dry aging, include a side dish, a sauce and a drink.When I tried to order one of these, I was told that the all day special sets are not available in the evening and that I must order a la carte. Felt like a bait and switch scam. I was looking forward to a nice steak, but walked out feeling very "hangry". If you want to know the true meaning and feeling of this word, Arno's is the perfect place.

I think the restaurant deserves good value. I read many negative reviews, however the quality of food is quite good compared to price. Kind, tasty foods will be great idea for dinner!

The food is really nice, both our burger and steak are cooked perfectly. You can hardly finds steak this good at a very reasonable price like here. The restaurant have a nice and relaxing feel. However, as also mentioned in one of the review here the service is not very good. Our waitress didn't look at our face once when taking order or when we asked about the menu. Overall, very nice food at great price, but the service could be better.

You can choose your own steak here. The selection is plentyful and prices are reasonable. Taste is good enough to satisfy steak cravings.

Friend ordered non spicy beef grapao and I ordered little spicy one. Little spicy one was very spicy even non spicy one was a bit spicy my friend said. Overall eating regular cheap grapao moo elsewhere is better I thought.

The food was great We ordered steak with mushroom sauce and a house salad. The steak was tender and very juicy they also are 2 options we can choose how the steak is serve a hot plate or on a plate. The salad is fresh however the sauce is on the intense side it has a sour taste to it similar to a japanese sesame soy sauce.

We went there for a Friday lunch, selecting steaks with the sides/sauces/drinks set. My filet mignon was a bit dry and overcooked on the outside, but nicely done on the inner part. To some extent, this is unavoidable, depending on the thickness and overall size and shape of the steak, I guess. The pepper sauce tasted good, as did the French Fries. All in all, I would call this an Ok deal, considering the price and the type of food. Naturally, El Gaucho is in another league, but so is their pricing.

Finally tried this restaurant for lunch. Cold French Fries, a burger -ordered medium- very strang. As if they used leftover steaks and ground the meat-unevenly. Parts of the patty look fried, other parts looked like they were cooked in oven. Suffice it to say- extremely disappointing. Cleanliness -ketchup container not clean. The whole place looks tired and dated

3 years ago I had tried Arno’s hamburger. But I didnt like.. last week I wanted to give it a try, maybe it was by luck.. but again it was not good. I mean maybe others can like but obviously I ate much much better hamburgers than Arno’s in BKK

My fav. Steak house at Thonglor. The price re reasonable for the meat and awesome service from their staffs. Recommended!

Fries tasted like charcoal and were couple days old at best. Steak was average for the price

It’s so unlike Arno’s when it first opened years ago on Narathiwas Road. Everything was just impressive. The meat at this branch is old sitting in the fridge for days (Checked the date on the package). Simple steak is way too salty, and it’s more like pan-fried meat in a hot pan.

There was best Arno’s one of in Sukhumvit Area. Already I had visited many other places in Sukhumvit area. (only one place in Phrom phong was horrible. There was my first place to get Arno’s. If I gave up to visit other places, I might tell my friends about Arno’s “there is super pool and visit to other restaurants.”) Staffs were super kinds and great tastes but only one thing is there doesn’t have table enough. Actually I hate to get a table near entrance when I visit to there already other tables were occupied. I have no choice. There has many death spaces and tables. Anyway if you like to have a table outside, here will give you more options. Thanks for giving great time and meals. I was super satisfied. I’m exciting to visit again!!! See you!!

A good restaurant for good quality beef steak options, also they have a thai basil rice menu and noodle options

Good quality meat with wide selection and reasonable price. Pastas and steaks are good. Their salad menus were just sad. They need to work on the ventilation because the smell from the kitchen whenever they cook was so strong. Parking available with valet but not very convenient as it was extremely packed. Average service.
