Despite the great location, the hotel is average. Rooms are small and expect to get one different than you saw online! Refrigerator is literally WARM! Even though I contacted room service their reply was this is the max cooling you can get! You have to wait in line every time you need the reception desk! Customer service is poor and slow to be honest! I stayed couple of days in another 5 star hotel just 300 m from this one, and it was AMAZING. So I would really recommend to try another one other than this.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. They upgraded my room for free. I was shocked. I stayed in Nov 2019 and I'll be booking again finally in Nov 2021. The view of the city is amazing, the fridge is well stocked with various beverages. The pool is great with hot tub. They're was a pool party the first time I stayed. I hope things will go back to normal.

The service is very good, but the breakfast and room service quality has gone badly downhill, and the room is old and with problems. I get the feeling the owners don’t want to spend any money on keeping the quality high. They also let the guests walk around everywhere indoors breathing heavily without wearing masks, which is a health hazard. It’s not worthy of being a 5-star hotel anymore. The staff are lovely.

The hotel often hosts noisy late-night parties in the open hotel space by the pool. Guests will not be able to get a good night's sleep. If you must stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend that you check carefully to ensure that there are no plans for festivities by the pool.

I stayed at the hotel from 2-24 June in their executive sky suite. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Super close proximity to the BTS and malls, lots of good food around the area (Japanese food-centric). The concierge staff are splendid - always super helpful and always smiling. Makes you feel super welcomed. They also deliver items/food to the room if you place orders from elsewhere. I also absolutely enjoyed the gym. However, several things can be improved. 1. The service of the receptionists are lukewarm at best. I don’t have much interaction with them but the several times that I do (refreshing my key card, new checkin of guest) left a bad taste in my mouth. One occasion was a celebration of my partner’s birthday. Before he arrived in Bangkok, I asked if the hotel does anything special for birthdays. The lady said they will provide some decor and a complimentary cake. She asked when I would need it and I told her it will be a few days later. She said she will make a note of it on my booking and just call them to let them know anytime and they will proceed with the decor and cake. On the day of his birthday, another staff attended to me and said they can’t do anything unless there’s a note in my booking. When I said there should be a note, he said he doesn’t see it. Just like that. So I asked if it was still possible to set something up. He gave a blank look and appeared reluctant to assist. Ultimately I said it doesn’t matter if he does not want to proceed because the reason I asked is due to his other colleague agreeing to it. Then he said he can send a cake up later (but in a bad tone). This left me feeling as though I was begging for a free decor and cake. Absolutely distasteful. Later when he rang the room, he abruptly said the the cake is arriving at my door, then he cut the call. Very rude. 2. The first room I stayed in (1618) has very bad plumbing in the toilet. After flushing, the water wouldn’t go down quickly and you would have to flush at least a good 3-4 times. Sometimes this affects the shower area too. I asked for a fix and the engineers came 2 times but it’s still not fixed. I then requested for a room change and was brought to 1518. It’s almost perfect except the air conditioner in the room is blasting cold air at all times (unless I off it) even though I set it to 30 degrees. Receptionists service definitely needs a refresher training. I would give them 1 star only if not for the other positives.

The worst hotel we ever stayed at. We booked with breakfast included, which was not honored, neither were the complimentary welcome drinks. The room was supposed to have a washer and a bath tub. It didn’t. They false advertise draft beer at 420ml for “only” 200, but it doesn’t even have 300 ml. When asked about the airport shuttle (also a service advertised), we were told we were better off to find ourselves a taxi. We are once at the Mojjo bar but it took more than an hour to get a snack. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Even 1 is too much.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The toilet has a sewage like smell, one night we even saw a cockroach in the toilet. I think they didn’t clean the pipe in a long time, that’s why it’s dirty and has a smell. Also, it was their new year during our stay, and there was a pool party at the hotel for two days in a row with people from outside coming to the party. It was so noisy and disturbing. And it was so packed with people that we need to wait a long time for the lift. I don’t think a real 5 star hotel would open up their pool to outside people for party and bring so much disturbance to their guests. Definitely will not stay there again.

This is one of my favorite hotel in Bangkok and the restaurant inside it just beyond amazing had a memorable night/dinner and I can tell you it was fracking delicious and yummy. Warm welcoming by great stuff very well organized and luxury. Recommend this place for you all and enjoy your stay and of course meals here.

We really feel that this hotel is very poor, the service is average, the biggest problem is that the room is really dirty, and we still booked the exclusive executive room, 2 nights HKD 2,405.54, this price is really bad for such a hotel👎 This is a letter of complaint. We are really dissatisfied with your hotel. I booked an exclusive executive room at HKD 2,405.54 for 2 nights, but my general experience is very poor. On the first day I went to your room, I saw a very dirty sofa and pillows, with large stains, as if they had not been cleaned, and the cabinets in the room were dirty and dirty, and the whole room smelled bad. I called you to deal with it , It just changed a new set of bed covers for me and it disappeared. It's really unprofessional. Came back the next night and found that you had cleaned up the room but the pillowcases were dirty and it felt dirty, the horror was that your equipment was leaking from the ceiling, it really made me feel that you are not a 5 star hotel, we stayed I have visited a lot of 5-star hotels, but this hotel of yours is really bad, it disappointed us very much, I feel like I was cheated, and your staff is not very polite, please pay attention to these issues.

It was a nice experience, nothing to complain about. The prices were amazing for what the hotel has to offer, the breakfast was really good. It has a modern, comfortable/accessible luxury vibe. The rooms were clean and well design.

I like the hotel. The negative things i can tell that it wasn’t the Skyview Room i booked, i was looking towards a parking lot. Furthermore i asked for Ice Cubes which they charged. Most hotels don’t. Rooms are spacious, clean with a living room, a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. I liked it. Stuff was amazing and they do have a spectacular rooftop-bar.

We booked an upgrade room for 'The Stay & Dine - in room edition' which included free breakfast, 11 dishes of food served all at once and 1 bottle of wine. The views were nice, room was clean and cosy, bed and pillow were very soft and comfortable. And the foods were brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to go get food there in the future. However, the receptionists weren't friendly, and not helpful at all. The room was a lot smaller than expected . There was no dining area so we had to eat on the floor. The air condition was very loud and felt like we were at the airport. Most of all, they should improve their customer service.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed. Very clean throughout with excellent decor. Very good concierge and staff, knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in all restaurants, great roof top terrace. Very well located for the "eye opening" Bangkok experience. Can definitely recommend

Hotel is in the EM district next to BTS station a phrom phong (3 mins walk) , super convenient location . Why this review is getting only 3 star for variety of reason . The alley which hotel is located is super congested most of the time , so getting from airport to hotel on Friday or weekend nights will be one hour long or more . Having said that I will stay again at this place due to convenience of emporium and EM quarties. Got a premier room, love the good ceiling height and bathroom is spacious . Toiletries are individually packed and noticed the white tea scent theme with their stuff . Thumbs up. Water pressure is good for rain shower. Bedsheets are nice and comfortable . One complain: I checked out 16 Jul , around 8am n one of the concierge a middle age man offered to help us with luggage and get a taxi to airport . We asked n he confirmed and said yes . Not sure what is the communication gap, after waiting for 15 mins lucky I checked , he actually said NO, no taxi coming . We were horrified . We had to quickly call Grab .

nice location, small room but quite clean and comfy. However, the service is not good enough as a 5 star hotel should have. They also have prob with the sound proof, it's super noisy if people talk next door.

This hotel was perfectly centered in downtown Bangkok. Easy to request a taxi to get from place to place. The hotel breakfast is worth the money in my opinion. There was a mix of western food options, fruits, breads meats and Thai to try! The rooms did what they were supposed to but with an insane view. A popular luxury shopping mall is a short walk away. What takes it home for me is the concierge. We had amazing help from Pia, Kung at the front desk. He was honestly the reason we were able to see a good section of Bangkok in the one day we had. We got help with holding our baggage and ordering a taxi for 500baht back to the airport. This was a shining star of our trip.

Location is great, Room was okay, view was spectacular (28th floor) - service could have been a lot better. Hotel does not offer proper 5-star experience. And we arrived early, nevertheless they didn’t let us check in before 2PM that day. We were disappointed by the private tour we booked at the hotel which was supposed to be 5 hours sightseeing with a guide, it only lasted 3.5 hours (and we had lunch during these 3.5 hours) and it felt more like being chauffeured around in Bangkok

Well, hotel is nice but not enough for a 5 star one. The cleaning service was just unacceptable. The person who has cleaned our room left dirty glasses and hasn’t left any toilet paper. The furniture was left dirty as well. The view from the room was not what we expected. Just an old awful. The pool has a very limited space, so that there was no chance for a free sun bed at all times. However the breakfast was good and staff was friendly as well.

It was a pleasant stay. The restaurant staffs went extra miles when I requested for breast milk storage in their freezer. Kudos to them 🫡🫡. Apart from that, good spread of breakfast selections - local & western. Location very strategic with Japanese restaurants nearby & decent massage parlours. Definitely will be back again in the future!

I was very disappointed especially with breakfast area. The chef just staring at me when I asking for help with table. I assumed that she didnt understand thai language because she didnt answer anything! Just stare! I did not know that she’s a chef.(She was ouside the cooking area when I asked her for help) Then a little guy came for helping us. There was no any smile in that area. Anyway, girls at breakfast were nice and friendly. Bedroom was ok but you can hear voice and music outside. We were at the 31 floor. Staff in lobby were nice and helpful. The doorman were fantastic too. The swimming pool’s cute. Washing masching’s good. The price we paid for 3 people but things in the room just for two. We have asked for one more bath towel and the day after it was gone. Bath mats were gone in the second day too so we used things we could find. We’ve booked for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel and nice located but I don’t think I would visit this hotel again.

Room is a bit small and does not smell good but nice view I didn’t like the music in the elevator. It’s weird. Breakfast was acceptable but orange juice was very bad. Good location Avoid massage in front of hotel. Go to soi 21 , massage atease spa is very good.

Centrally located near a skytrain station (BTS), this 5-star hotel in Bangkok is perfect for a city trip. The breakfast is a delightful start to the day, and the room size and bed comfort are quite good. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop bars offer stunning views — though one is much nicer than the other. The pool, while not expansive, provides a refreshing break in the downtown buzz. The pool area also accommodates a small bar for drinks and snacks. Despite minor quirks, I can recommend this hotel for a city trip to Bangkok and would come back myself as well.

September 2023. We stayed 4 nights at the executive suite. Bedroom spacious and clean with nice views of the city. Bathroom big and comfortable. Living room small for sofa and table which we found hard to move around and stumbled upon. The electronic bidet wasn't working, and no one bothered to connect it to the water source. We broke 50 Bath worth of water glass and charged for it ,considering room price, we found it non reasonable. We found the room's price not adequate for its value and service. Breakfast was good, and restaurant prices OK.

Stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our Thailand trip. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast had some decent options. Location good. Rooms a little on the small side, but well equipped and the complimentary items replenished daily. Amazing views from the rooftop bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Nice rooftop and pool but shouldn’t be listed as a 5 star hotel, “Grand premier king room” shower was kind of dirty. the front desk told me “sorry we are fully booked”…. Uhhh I just booked another night online no you’re not lol. The rest of the staff was kind though

After staying at almost every hotel from BTS National Stadium through to BTS Thong Lo, this is the one in finally settled at. It’s clean, spacious, well located and has an amazing breakfast spread. Getting here during peak hours could be a pain due to the narrow lanes so taking the train and getting down at BTS Phrom Phong is way better.

wow, what a wonderful experience. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. It is exceptional. I stayed for 2 nights and was welcomed by the friendliest and most helpful staff, from concierge to reception to the cleaning crew! professional and lovely all around. I just want to take the time to point out that the reception staff were absolutely amazing. They were so busy at the front desk but were so helpful, calm, and professional even though they were juggling a million things at once. I received particularly excellent service from Pop. she went above and beyond, her service, manner and exceptional hospitality! Thank you! She made my trip! The Hotel location is bang on the money, super close to the BTS and literally ANY amenity you could possibly need. It's a safe area with great transport links and there is even a lovely park right next door for a bit of greeny! The hotel facilities and rooms do not disappoint! The pool and gym are fantastic! Great machines, quiet and good views of the city. The pool vibe is relaxing and the ambiance was nice. It was quite busy the times I went because it is just a really cool and nice place to hang out. I stayed on floor 10, with a view towards the back of the hotel but that didn't bother me, because I'm in Bangkok to have a good time not to stare out a window. The rooms were great. They have very handy lights and they are equipped with really good charging points and inbuilt adapters which were really handy. All the mod-cons you would need and everything was super clean and generally just up to a really good standard! Price was honestly great for location and standard! I will be back for sure. Thanks again

Staff 4/5 Gym & pool 4/5 Room 2/5 I booked the room through agoda, first it said it included breakfast but when I looked again in the app at check-in it did not have breakfast and the front desk informed me that the price is only for the room. When I arrived at the room. It was nice. The view was ok. When I took a shower and used the rain head shower water sprayed everywhere including the outside of the shower into the mirror. The drain for the shower clogged and water was pouring out of the actual standup shower. I called downstairs and they sent the plumber up right away to fix it. The next day I showered and it clogged again. The shower gel were super small and was def not enough. There were 2 little bottles but there was 2 of us. They did not offer to give us any credit for the clogged shower or asked if we wanted to switch rooms, free breakfast etc. Overall I did NOT have a pleasant experience staying at this hotel and I would not recommend it and will def NOT be returning to stay there again.

I visited this hotel in January 2020. Hotel is situated centrally. Nice hotel. Courteous staff full of facilities. Roof top bar. Nice ambience. Rooms are spacious. Booked club executive room and was upgraded to Skyview grand suites. Near to emporium shopping mall and Phrom Phong BTS Station. They must be given 5 stars but i am giving 4 because of the limited menu in breakfast during my stay at hotel.

Visited for an anniversary night with ‘stay&dine’ promotion 2,499baht nett. The food was good but i guess they’re cooked long before served. There’s not much space for dining.

Location is great, just next to The Emporium. Room is fine but must have small sofa to relax. Shower room water pressure is very great. Breakfast at 7th Fl. as a la carte menu with lovely service. Worth to stay and will come back again soon.

We stayed on 11 December. The electrical wiring in the room we occupied was faulty; the lights were turning off by themselves. At first it was okay---perhaps the key card was a bit loose. But as the night went deeper, the problem still persisted. I was in the shower and lights went out! So we called for the maintenance service and luckily, they fixed it. It was a good experience overall, but I was expecting more from this hotel since it's rated 5 stars.

I went for the Saturday brunch with my friends last Saturday. They have increased the price to 1399, and they removed cheese, cold cuts, desserts and a few other menu items. When we asked the staff about it they just laughed it off with a "sorry". We will not be coming there again.

Remarkable views, service, and rooms. The location was of utmost importance, this hotel provided that. Minutes to MRT and multiples amenities. Staff? Blew me away.. we left valuables in our safe, the staff took pictures and provided us a transfer service as we had already left Bangkok. The honesty and integrity of the staff has won my loyalty for any future Bangkok travels. Thank you Siriwan!

Beautiful hotel! We enjoyed a room with a bath tub. The service was amazing and we really enjoyed the roof top bar and the infinity pool. The only thing I would say is that the windows were a little dirty for our view with the city view bath tub. Also the bed sheets were a little small for the bed and you have to pay to use the slippers/robe in the room I believe. Still recommend staying here as we were very happy and comfortable.

Didn't leave my room but to eat, watch the sunset on the roof with a cocktail or swim in the pool. This place is incredible. Their rooms are first class and the bed was the most comfortable of my 21day trip across Thailand, I stayed here for one night but wish I could've stayed longer. They're well situated and next to a big mall, walking distance to all the sky train and subway. There is a massage parlor across the road.

Superb hotel in terms of cleanliness and location. Located just 2 min walk from BTS and beside the emporium mall. Everything you need is within reach! Their buffet breakfast spread is pretty good too with a good mix of both Thai and western options.

+ Great rooms and really nice view. + The breakfast is really good! + Great service + The rooftop bar is amazing. + A nice gym next to the pool + Parking space in front of the hotel + 7-11 nearby - One of the lift shafts smells like sewer - The pool is a nice experience but its on a lower floor than other hotel pools in the area. - On the expensive side

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel as they claimed. I'd give it around 3.5 stars actually. The lobby had decent scent when entering. The location was great. I stayed in the room 1908, the room looked a bit outdated. The bedsheet was undone. The lamp on the table wasn't working. And the MAJOR problem for me was the shower. The shower wasn't working properly, water barely came out. I didn't have a pleasant time showering in the separate shower at all except in the bathtub. Breakfast buffet was so so. As a non-pork eater, they didn't have that various food; most food contained pork and bacon. So I suggest concerned department would take this into consideration as I saw a lot of guests having trouble finding food to eat.

Overall, it was a good stay. The Skyview is a clean and well-located hotel. Just don’t expect 5*, it’s rather a classic 4* business hotel. The quality of food varied. I liked the live cooking at breakfast, while the juices, e.g., were very standard. I expected some homemade juices, etc. The same applies for the service. Some of the staff were lovely, others did their job. Since a congress was taking place and the hotel was fully booked, as they told us, we were unable to use the swimming pool due to an exclusive event one afternoon, nor the Mojjo Bar. Also, it smelled badly in some areas (hallway). It’s not an outstanding hotel and I‘ve been to many other hotels in Thailand and Bangkok with better value for money.

Found a gem. Located on Soi (alley) 24 this marvelous hotel is conveniently located to everything you need. The hotel itself has terrific amenities and quality/clean environment. The entire hotel has a spa aroma that is refreshing. The rooms are spacious enough. There is a skybar that has a terrific view Opportunities: the front desk staff (at least 4 of them during my stay) could improve their friendliness and smile more. The restaurant breakfast was mediocre. Not worth the 300baht price to me.
