This truly is a store of convenience. Whereas most people shop here for bread and milk, I come here for their lamingtons and chocolate cupcakes!! It’s simply amazing! There’s no way you cannot buy once you’ve tasted it!! And it helps that this Fresh Stop is about a minutes drive from my house👌👏⭐️

Ordered for delivery,had to go pick it up myself. Then I got my burgers,out of the 5 burgers,3 was still raw. Had to drive back to have exchanged. Wonder who must cover my petrol money?

I am so upset. I ordered a burger with chips and a seperate single burger a few days ago for delivery via their whatsapp line. When my order arrived I was charged for 2 burgers and chips orders after which I notified the store and sent pictures of all my receipts. The person managing the whatsapp line apologized and ask if I wanted my money refunded or just the extra chips that I was billed for.... Upon which I agreed that it's fine they can just bring me my chips as mistakes happen all the time and they said okay they'll do so... Now I've been sending messages and it's 3 days later I still didn't receive anything and the person on whatsapp is just reading my messages and not responding... I sent her screenshot again along with pictures as evidence incase the messages were no longer visible their side but I'm still being blatantly ignored... I'm at the point where I don't want a refund or anything I just feel like this is not how you treat customers and I've been very patient and understanding but this is RUDE!!!!!!! Fresh stop staff please do better!!!!!

I am disabled and tonight I wanted to to come get a meal and go watch the Rugby.... I came there between 10 and 20 minutes after the game started.... I saw a vehicle parked in the disabled parking bay.... I waited patiently but it seemed that I was going to stand next to the fence until the game was done.... When the game was done, the lady who is known to me as a cashier came out to see off her friends who watched the Rugby World Cup match.... When I came to the pay point I indicated to this same female cashier that the Rugby is going to be a problem for clients who are actually needing to spend money in the store.... I further indicated that she needs to address the matter with management.... She then made it clear to me that I was the only person utilizing the disabled ⁰⅖ I ate chicken that skin was burnt.... P

The food generally here is really good and fresh. Great variety to choose from. However last night my wife bought 3 chicken wrap meals but 2 of them had chicken wings in it. Please just take care as this could have been disastrous.

Open: 24/7. Freshstop at Cnr Stellendale & Sunvalley Roads is at Caltex garage. It is a convenience store. There are ample parking as well as wheelchair parking spaces Covid-19 protocols are observed at the entrance. Social distancing is applied inside the shop. I did not have to stand in a quay at the entrance. There was no crowding inside the shop. I bought 2 bottles of flavored water and Beef Droëwors. The shop is clean and well ventilated. The service was excellent. I rate the shop 5 out of 5 stars.

This morning stopped for diesel at 7:20. 6 attendants at cashier window. Taking no notice of new arrivals at pumps. Eventually one takes a stroll my way. Goes to fill up. Comes back says do I mind waiting 10 minutes as they are busy with shift change by cashier. I left. Not going to spend 30 minutes to fill up
