The public doesn't rely on a Steer burger; Steers relies on the public. This is also the case in Plattekloof.Perhaps you should pay attention to your customer service and ensure that everything advertised on the menu is available.

I waited over an hour for an order that should've taken 15 minutes - MAX. This is absolutely disgraceful. The manager should be reprimanded for this. I was a loyal customer who'd been coming here since I was 8. I'm now 26 and would rather drive a far distance to another restaurant than ever come to this branch again. Order after order, I watched as people came and went after receiving their food. This is not how you treat hungry customers. The manager still had the audacity to act like he didn't know after I explicitly showed him the time I ordered - a full hour later. Again, I say, absolutely DISGRACEFUL!

Sandra service was amazing and the butcher staff did a great job!!
