    Got there yesterday they informed me that their system is not available due to loadshedding which was not a problem as I returned today. Well today all two consultants and the branch manager attended to my upgrade/renew. They were very helpfull and answered my question regarding the upgrade, explained the fine print. Walked away a very happy customer.

    The application was handled very well, but then the misery began. Erratic installation followed by billing trouble for more than 6 months 😡. I have spent hours to solve the problem they caused by entering incorrect information on their system. A horrible experience! 👎
