Incredibly friendly & such a comfort zone to be in. It's fresh, clean, "crisp" & ALWAYS excellent talent/skills used. Had to make a booking six months in advance and it was utterly worth it!! This is the only hair business I'd suggest forever. 6 stars!

Absolutely incredible - Alisa is such a talented hairstylist, and such a wonderful person as well! She always does my balayage and is the only person I trust with my hair. Rian is also a brilliant barber and extremely talented! This is without a doubt the best hair salon in Cape Town. It's got such a great atmosphere and vibe! 10/10 recommend

I called Beautiful Chaos Hair Artistry with a hair 'emergency' and they took me in the same day. I had over-processed hair from dying it black at another salon. My hair felt wig-like. Alona recommended a K18 treatment. My hair was completely restored! It feels like my hair again and looks super healthy! Alona and everyone at the salon were super friendly and welcoming. Absolutely amazing hair salon (and I've been to my fair share). From the skill of the stylists that work there, to their friendly and attentive service- the entire experience is a complete treat! I would trust Alona with any hair goals you want to achieve. She is a wizard with color and always prioritizes your hair's health. Honestly, the best stylist I've had. Utterly incredible. Really good colour correction. Alona was amazing and patient and fixed my hair. It took her four hours and she transformed the coloured mess. Best hairdresser I have ever had. She says your hair is her billboard.

Alisa is my favorite stylist in the industry! the staff is super sweet, they always treat you to a cup of coffee or tea and you are made feel at home. I highly recommend Beautiful Chaos, just a warning, book in advance, no last minutes there, because they are so good, they are fully booked!
