This is not as close to Tambaram station as is made out to be. Room was good. Washroom good, but with ants. Check in good and easy. Friendly staff. A little too pricey, I think, but I knowingly picked it!

The hotel is new as far as I heard from the staff from reception its just than 2 years old , gladly the room which I've stayed is neat, clean and tidy. Even though I requested for a single room the bed which was available in the specific room was queen size. The fan and the A/c haven't made any noise particularly . The bathroom is well maintained and serene over all the stay was pleasant

Just got a epic response from the "Hotel ICON residency Staff" I requested for a room by 5-AM in the morning They told me a response that they will be sleeping at the time hence won't be able to provide room at that time. My question is , so if I am coming at your convenience and after you wake up , after you guys brush ? after you bath, after your cup of tea or coffee? Then will you provide room at 1/2 price than regular price?

1. Walkable distance from Tambaram Railway station and Bus stop. 2. Clean and neat room. 3. Water heater facility available. 4. 2500/day including taxes for the AC room with single bed (Comfortable for 2 persons). 5. 24 hour check in.

Rooms good but cost is high I suggest them to clean beds pillows and bedsheets at every check out And they should inform their guests abot free wifi other wise they don't know about your free service

Rooms are clean, good interiors, AC is available, very near to the market and restaurants. Near to Tambaram West bus stop ( walkable distance ). 15 min in cab to reach Chennai airport.

Great experience , situated in a market place opposite of Tambaram railway. People are good , found it bit expensive but it is Paisa wasool. Overall good experience No breakfast is what I believe and outside food allowed
