Today i went to Navins Springfield in Medavakkam for buying a flat as the plan/ photos in their website and other social media were impressive. But i saw the true colour of the project today. The security at the gates are just chatting and never noticed myself passing the gate. There is an unmaintained property between two blocks which may be a home for snakes. This is separated from the property with a tin sheet and not a compound wall which is a security threat. It was said that the builder is still maintaining the property. I wondered being a reputed builder, why this project is like this. It is not clean. Though i liked the super market inside the complex, the garbage and plastics dumped by them before the shop is unhygienic. Outside look of the project is ok. But inside i saw cobwebs not cleaned for years. The water tanks are leaking and there are seepages in walls. The play area for the kids is not clean. The leveling of pavement blocks are not done and the sump slabs are kept open . Totally the photos in the website and the reality is entirely different. so i dropped the idea of buying it.

Dont go blindly with the advertising tactics. Many issues were not resolved with previous project Navins Springfield . Lot of deviations in car parking allotment . We raised so many emails and tickets. Still no resolution and we still waiting for more rhan 5 years. Check in person to know the real truth. I have all the emmail records to show as evidence Even after 6 months of replying to this comment no one addressed this. Shows the professional level of this company Update on July 2023 Still no action to solve this problem ... No professional ethics

Good apartment with many towers. Lift facility available, but appears very old. Overall apartment kept clean. No temp check or sanitization to enter. Visitor parking at outside. Roads to reach this apartment is clumsy, and pathetic during rainy season.

After taking over by Association security, maintenance and STP issues are worst. Some association office bearers are issuing charge sheets on senior citizen for pointing out deficiencies thinking they are corporate heads and ignored this is welfare association. Builder point of view: seepages are not attended although reported during cooling period

The apartments are good and have lot of windows for ventilation but the structure of the building doesn't allow a great deal of air flow. The security is irritable and fails to provide any hospitality. The lifts need to be replaced as they've become very old and gets stuck.
