All coaches are not certified. They're not up to the mark. There is only one certified coach who shows more attitude. Thinks like he's a national coach. There was a sudden increase in fees. If we ask why there is an increase in fees. Management answers If you're unable to afford fees you can look after some other academy that you can afford on your budget. This is not the right way to say it. I haven't seen such a worst management and coaches. How kids' growth will be there in learning. First, they should learn how to speak with a customer. It's better if they learn some knowledge.

I wish I could give less then a star. I joined ultimate sports for fitness , I am not a professional player , now I am regretting on my decision to choose this Academy. My comments are based on these points 1.The behavior of the staff is disgusting. I would recommend not to invest your money and time if you really care about your dignity 2.1400 is the membership charge per month and 8 persons are allowed to play for only 1 hour... Imagine how much time a person get to play in that 1 hour. Try to find out a best alternative badminton court for you.

The smell of urine in tiny bathroom. Can't able to use the restroom. Management charges like they are the best Sports club in OMR. There is no value for money. I don't think so the owner of the property uses the restroom. Very pitiful management.

Hi team, ****Be careful guys **** I want to emphasize the embarrassing and unfortunate experience I had at this sports academy. I booked a court for 3 hours and im from HCL corporate office and paid the advance of 300rs as instructed by the receptionist and total amount as 900rs. However, while we were playing, I received a call telling us to vacate the court as they did not agree for 900rs for 3 hours. With no other option, as I had 25+ members inside the court, I had no choice but to beg and ended up paying 1000rs for the court. Very bad approach I reserved the Shuttle court for 3 hours and the Cricket court for 1 hour, paying the advance. However, when I went to the academy a day before my scheduled session to confirm, they informed me that someone had booked the court for a Kabadi match 2 days ago without notifying me. It seems their primary concern is profit rather than customer satisfaction.

Pros : wooden court facility is good, also u have Futsal, yoga class and karate class Cons: the caretaker is so arrogant, that he switches off the light if u exceed by 1 or 2 min ur booking time, even without asking, if u confront him his answer is not good, Cost is little high 350 rs per hour for badminton court

It's open not closed......and chennai heat....please plan your timings by evening instead of morning .

Turf not so good, but badminton court is good. Price reasonable.

The coaches are not punctual. Irresponsible people. Enrolled my kids for a one to one session, for all the classes they are delayed. Doesn’t respect people’s time.
