Respected Team, Please teach respect, kindness and manners to your sales staffs. They were so rude with customers. Also in billing section there is no respect and showing lot of attitude. If it continues soon you might loose lot of business. I will attach my bill here soon, check my entry time to exit in your camera. Only one girl in second floor treated well. Except her all were so rude. Product is good and no doubt on quality but treating customer is important than anything else. Why we are coming here even lot of shops in Chennai and USA.

Clothes are okay affordable prices! But not enough collections staffs are not attending properly and the billing section just enjoying with other staff ! Watch man only do the job correctly !

Very worst staffs in this branch they treat their staffs very rudely in front of the customers. Especially in billing section the becoz of that could make wrong billings for customers.

Such a worst trends in chennai Tambaram location staffs are not understanding customer services especially ladies staff and no air conditioning , no generator in this trends l feel very uncomfortable and l had worst experience of shopping in my life only in Tambaram trends and they not understanding the customers wish of Billings .. l need the staffs and trends to be imporve . And 19 th of this month offers of cloths starting the manager is on leave today .. very bad trends . Please l request higher officer to take action on it.. kindly do the needfull

Very poor service, on 14-Sep-2022 I the store for exchange, the staff behaviour was very poor. No proper update on the return procedure. The attitude of the staff is very poor also the store manager was not available at the store. After raising my voice and insisted to meet the manager no one turned up. On the overall experience I would rate “0” zero. The person who Arun and Mohammed is the billing people who’s response was perthatic.

Good designs and colour full dress available for kids, women and men. It's worth it to pay a visit. No crowded which is good and you get personalized care. Prices are also reasonable and there will be some offers for discount as well. For fashion and hassle-free shopping, better choice.
