Security guards for 24 hours. Power generators are there for lifts and motors and outside lightings... Small play area for kids and small open ground for boys to play cricket. Mangala vinayagar temple is also there inside the temple.

Sufficiently well kept and maintained. Visible Security around the place. A Safe place for Children and Women. Well managed too.

A decent gated community with average maintenance, security is good. Entrance and the road connectivity is an issue.

Expensive in local town few owners with multiple flats increases Rent frequently I would suggest better discuss with watchman about owners & EB office staffs one family with multiple flats won't pay you back amount advances completely. They're very popular with bad name in local town. Those people won't pay full advance back they took 75 ℅ of advance money recently from old aged people. Hint about them recently their one of the flat got fired. Don't buy property here it's very old buildings. Maintenance management is very weak with high cost without facilities.

Nice structured and well maintained. Good security and can visit at any time cause it's near police station namely selaiur. And it comes near Tambaram railway station so you can travel between morning 4 to night 12 anytime. There is no travelling issue at all.
