I've had amazing experience watching a movie in this mall. Good screens, vivid picture quality, high quality sound system with delicious snacks (a little bit expensive though) made my time with friends very special. If you are in Chennai, definitely go for this mall with your friends or family.

PVR Grand Mall Velachery left me disappointed with a less-than-ideal movie experience. The limited parking space, coupled with a steep parking fee of 200 rupees, felt excessive compared to other malls with PVR. The theatre experience itself was subpar—the seating was poorly maintained, and the auditorium wasn't cleaned before my show. The excessively high sound levels caused discomfort, and the auditorium was uncomfortably cold. While the concession stand and staff service were passable, the washroom was a nightmare—poorly maintained, smelly, and most cubicles were left unflushed. It was the worst movie experience, making me reluctant to choose this PVR again.

Good screen. Well maintained and good acoustics. Outside food is not allowed in the theatre. One can purchase popcorn and beverages. Free refills available for large popcorn and coke on Tuesdays and sat and sun for a limited duration.

Sound system and display quality is really top notch here. Any type of movie is enjoyable here. Ticket prices are also reasonable. Watched Animal and Dunki here and enjoyed fully. One negative thing is food price are bit higher. Specially popcorns and soft drinks. More than movie ticket price. 200+ Also 500 ml drinking water cost 60 rs! Don’t know why! It’s an important matter to sort out . Staffs are helpful. Neat n clean environment.

PVR, Grand Mall, has wonderful movie screens which are built with high standards, Dolby 7.1 sound system, curved digital screens with high resolution, cushioned adjustable seats. The downside is snacks that cost a bit higher than outside, providing free water supply which is appreciated. I enjoyed recently Hanuman, a Tamil dubbed movie, which was very excellent 👌

Great place to spend time with your family. Movie experience was good too Only thing I felt was "Parking Scam" too much is taken being it a public place. Almost entire Chennai malls are doing the same. Visiting from Hyderabad where we don't pay for parking if you are buying something more than the parking ticket like watching movie / shopping / having food etc. Sometime around 2015 they used to collect parking fee but after complaints from public government passed an order to all malls in hyderabad not to collect parking fee as it comes under property meant to be constructed for public 🙏 Coming to other things, Trampoline - better to visit only on weekdays. On weekends it is too much crowded Maintenance is good, Mall has Dmart also and for Dmart shopper they do have separate lift facility Location - 5/5 Movie - 4/5 Shopping - 4.5/5 Food - 4/5 Maintenance - 4/5 Thanks for Reading 🙏😇

Felt like somewhat smaller screen when compared to other pvr screens. Watched nun 2, superb thriller good screen clarity. Dolby 7.1 surround sound. Large coke is 270 felt little bit priced high. Lots of parking space available separately for two wheelers and four wheeler.

Good not great. Proper maintenance has to be done to the seats in the Audi A2 screen(i dont know about other screens) rest is okay!
