Scam.. total scam.. this is boys PG... no management.. no front desk.. don't expect anything which you find in proper serviced apartment. My check in time was 12pm.. i went around 7pm with family and 4 boys were still in one bedroom.. all other rooms in that entire building was full of boys and each had several of them... so stay away at any cost.. i lost rs 1000 advance...

Booked the Syening Associate-chennai navalur hotel for my old age parents through make my trip,Showing all fake images in make my trip uae website and make the customer to book the rooms. The prices also too high. The entire room/ bathroom was not clean. Beds are used one, and The room was dusty and it was not cleaned for a long time. There were used bottles, cleaning utensils and hair here and there. Also they gave a room on the terrace. There were not ready to provide alternate also. My parents faced too much difficulties on that day. They are not ready to listen our concerns and do not try to arrange some other rooms. Then we arranged stay for my parents in relative home. After this, called the make my trip explain to situation to cancel the room, Hotelian and Make my trip support guy accept me to refund my amount over the phone. After one week both are ignore us for the money refund. Still this hotel listed in make my trip website with the same dublicate images with high cost and This will misguide and looting the money from the customers. There are no single reviews and photos matched with this hotel what you shared in the make my trip website and what we see in real. All are paid reviews and images. Totally Fake. This guy put comments for my review as issue resolved, but issue not resolved and he is not accepted for refund , without stay we lost our money.

this is boys PG and there is no front desk or reception, very unsafe for families. Very dirty and worst place. There is no room available but still they accepts reservations on Goibibo, very dangerous place with full of vadakans.

It is a guest house rather than a hotel. Don't confused by the photos uploaded on Google map.uploaded 95% photos doesn't belong to this place. Visitor uploaded the wrong photos not by the owner. Rooms are not having attached toilet. But the person incharge is helpful. 400 meter ahead there is a express way with good showroom and restaurants. There is a place named Food Street is must go place in evening.

Very poor service, too costly rather than three star hotel Gokulam Sabari Park near by. Bagdly maintained. Situated in a narrow unhygenic lane. Room service and reception are highly illiterates

Stayed for 2 days. Stay was comfortable. Close to food court so lots of options for food. Took an AC room which was reasonably priced. Our Bathroom dint have a geyser. But we used the adjacent bathroom. Mosquito was an issue. The person who manages was friendly and helpful.

Average stay, fit for bachelors. Not suitable for family. Though it close to main road, the location is surrounded by garbage and stinks when you step out. Lots of PG mens nearby. Rooms were maintained neatly but beds was little hard, pillows were not good. And, maily don't go by photos that you see, most of it from elsewhere.

This is a good serviced apartment not too far from Navalur junction. The apartments have decent amenities. Some of them have all the set up needed for cooking and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The caretaker is available almost round the clock and is flexible to an extent in terms of check-in and check-out. Pricing is moderate for the amenities provided. The only downside is that there is no elevator to reach the upper floors, so it may not be suitable for people who can't use stairs regularly.

Services were very good , it was a very nice and comforting stay at syening associates .

Stay is good. Clean rooms. The caretaker of the property was very helpful in all ways. Overall the place is okay for a short stay .But the surrounding area is very unhygienic lots of mosquitoes. If u r looking fr a budget friendly stay then go for it.

Just one thing, you will not get anything that you have been promised...We had booked a 2BHK to know that one of the room in the 2BHK was already booked by some one

Worst experience ever. Booked ground floor AC room but after going directly, they were not attending repeated calls and after 2 hours,they gave only the 2nd floor room that too, shared by 5. But for getting the payment,they were so focused. No food, no amenities like tv is provided. Not worth the money. You can book even 3star hotels for this rate.
