It is a good place to live. The facilities inside the apartment are good, but could have been better. Im living here for more than an year and found no issues in terms of security. The water treatment, 24*7 power supply, drainage system, cleaning, maintenance -everything is fantastic. The club house/Gym could be maintained well. The children play area is fine, but the rough sand ground is not. Parking is ample, but at times people park in wrong locations and conflicts starts. But these things are problem with most societies. Forgot to mention about the water . It is the hardest water I've seen and used in my life, that ruins all of the sanitary wares. But for drinking there is an RO treatment plant inside and they supply 25 litres of water everyday - that covers in the maintenance. This apartment is mostly problem free and it is good for people like me to spend a peacful stay.

Calm and pleasant place to live. Good infrastructure with ample place to park the vehicle.

Nice Place Near IT Park,

Drainage /salination plant outlet is near kids playing area and they open outside near by empty plots side.. due to this bad smell around all near by home's.. worst behavior
