They were extremely knowledgeable about the products, attentive to my needs, and provided excellent recommendations. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I left the store satisfied with my purchases and would definitely return, thanks to their exceptional customer service.

Good pliable service particularly from one elderly salesman. Earlier service was very lethargic&unresponsive. Now it is little better. But there are not much varieties & limited stock & anything we ask is not available for e.g no inner wear of XXL in white colour boxer type. Customer should not get a reply 'not available' otherwise he will be forced to go to another shop & you will loose customer loyalty. This shall improve sooner than later. Products are also bit costly & no offers or discounts.
