A small hotel with budget friendly rooms. Bathroom & toilet is clean but no geyser. The main plus point of this hotel would be its prime location as it's walkable from Tambaram bus stand and just opposite to Tambaram railway station. The rooms are very cosy and has quite a neat bathroom. No geyser but it's clean for a budget friendly hotel. The hotel did not have have the food provision but has soft drinks in the reception which can be consumed and added to the room bill.

The stay was comfortable. The owner is humble and professional. He clearly knows how to take care of customers. Close to Tambaram railway station. You will get an original bill for payment. Super market, restaurants are around this place. Car parking could be challenging. The staff needs a little training on how to handle customers and for that reason, I have awarded a 4-star. They are definitely in my recommendation list. Thank you for your hospitality.

Really one of the worst Hotels I ever found.The staff is super RUDE and the elevator doesn't work either you have to take the stairs if you have Heavy luggage.when we came here the staff was literally sleeping and when we said we want a refund (because our luggage is too heavy and we have around 15 Bags and the stairs are super narrow like hardly you can fit a kid in the stairs)the receptionist was shouting at us and he told his manager Rude things about us about how we came in cheap cars and all thatand this hotel is filled with Lizards like we literally saw 3 lizards right at the entrance!!!!

Good place to stay. Staff are humble and responsible. Reasonable prices. Most importantly walkable from bus stop, railway station, market.

Good for a Short Stay preferably for Bachelors rather than Families. Good Service and Reasonable Cost considering being situated in a Main Area.

Rooms and services fine. But cost too high even hotel located far from bus stand. Anyhow 15minutes walkable time

Decent place to stay.. booked from ibibo for couple of days. It is in west tambaram and cannot be located easily..follow google maps... For food we need to go to A2B which is near by..there are other food options also available. Mineral water for drinking do not expect liter bottles..a 20lts bubble kept available on each floor. Rooms and wash Rooms are good not great as expected. Overall ok to stay..!!

The location of the room which allotted for my trip is good....which satisfied my expectation. Foods not available but cool drinking a available..... Gyser not available but separate hot water line available....I'll surely meet the same hotel on my text trip

Good budget hotel with basic amenities. Don't expect the hotel to provide breakfast 🥞. Good hotels are available nearby. You can rely on that for your food.

I rented a non AC room for Rs. 1064/- on Nov 22. The room size was good but there was an unpleasant smell. The bed and bedsheets were clean.

Manager of this palce kindly approach and gives good services.somebody inconvenience he has rectified.rooms are neat. Moderate charges. I strongly recommend.

Ok .. rooms were clean .. not much spacious but good .. Amenities are decent enough.. No shelf for cloth hanging.. Overall ok..

Location is nearby tambaram railway station. Staff support is excellent. Always available for support. I had a wonderful stay. Only drawback is that for 3 person booking, they allocated 2 person room although they have a bigger room available at the corner. I would suggest to call the hotel and book directly to have a cheaper price instead of booking through booking.com , mmt , yatra etc

We stayed at this place two times already and we are very satisfied with the service. It’s in a good location, but still located in a smaller, more quiet side street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can ask them any question and they are always at your service. The rooms are tidy, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The second time we called them to request a room in the middle of the night, because another hotel had overbooked and wouldn’t accommodate us. Again Jai Palace was very helpful and we eventually checked in at 1 am. Definitely recommended!
