Needed the room for one day to study before CA final exams. If was well lit and convenient and safe. The bedsheets could have been a little more clean. But there is a helper boy in the apartment and I think you can ask for any change in sheets and other facilitations. We were initially informed that the rate was 1500 but after occupation they got 1800 after taxes. The price is too high for the room. But the environment and surrounding is good, and feels homely.

We our family stayed here for about 2 weeks. Memorable moments. All facilities, comfortable stay, best services by caretaker too. The apartment was very clean and neat. Housekeeping is number one. Superb location, centred place, nearby restaurants. The food supplied by the kudil was homely and hygiene. My family members felt as if in our home. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY.

"Truly a Home away from Home". Stayed at this apartment during my last trip to Chennai and was extremely satisfied with the service offered. To start with the location was convenient to reach from the Airport and I noticed that the Metro Station was within walking distance as well. It is set in a very quiet and private neighborhood giving you privacy and security. Access to cabs was very easy and there were tons of eating options within walking distance. The host were very hospitable and friendly and they maintain the place very well. The rooms were clean and well lit. The apartment block had security cameras and ample parking space too. Overall a comfortable stay that just felt like home.

Very comfortable and quiet stay. Well maintained. Situated in main Velachery area still away from all the noises and pollution of the velachery traffic. The care taker takes good care of the gusts.

The house location is very good. Condition of the house is very good too, new and reasonably well maintained. Good electronic security system. Though it is small house still it had elevator which helped in carrying the luggage to first floor, where we stayed. Cleanliness and service is not that good as we expected. In the kitchen, the Crockery, Cutlery and Utensil are not very clean too. The caretaker need to be better trained. We had to ask for the towels and he said, he does not have, on insistence, he had to go back and talk to host and then he provided!!! There were no toiletry provided. The Balcony adjoining to Kitchen needs some house keeping. Host has noted these issues and assured to address the issues to improve cleanliness and service so that the travelers get their value for money, note the rate is not very cheap.

Loved it. Very neat place. Helpful caretaker. Amenities: AC, Kitchen with gas connection, plates and cutlery, cloth hanging line, hot water facilities and accessible wardrobes. Plus: They have a beautiful garden outside, there's a cute pug on the premises, they have a swing outside, biometric scanner for security. I had a very good stay.

Stayed at Yogiji's Kudil for Four Days along with my family. It is a home away home. Absolutely clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and easily accessible to the city and airport as well. The place is absolutely safe. Tasty & Homely food is available on order. The host are very supportive and courteous. In total a safe and homely place to stay at Velachery especially during covid times..

Aesthetic Place at an Inexpensive Budget At the outset, it is located in a gated community and at a walkable distance to Velachery Railway Station. The portico has a pleasing entrance with a classic wooden swing. The complex has lift facility. We zoomed on to this location after visiting few other service apartments in this area. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. It also has wifi and kitchen facility. Overall an excellent stay at a very reasonable budget.

Great value for money! Very clean, safe and well maintained. Well connected to all important locations in Chennai. Courteous staff and food at basic level is available. Best is that as a family, you can get your own stuff and cook if not planning anything elaborate.

Service is not appreciable Rooms are good Location - many of auto persons dont know the place, swiggy is struggling to find for delivery of food.
