Worst
experience
at
Billing
and
their
stores
customer
relationship
management.
My
kind
advice
don't
go
to
their
any
branches.
Reason
behind
this
review
:-
My
mom
having
button
mobile
and
having
debit
card
and
go
to
their
main
in
store
in
dharmapuri.
She
purchased
required
things
to
our
home.
When
billing
she
was
found
the
debit
card
was
expired
and
no
more
transactions
done
through
that
debit
card.
Sha
was
calling
me
through
her
mobile
and
told
me
that
i
would
gave
to
my
mobile
to
that
stores
billing
person
,
you
will
Gpay
the
amount.
I
talk
to
their
stores
billing
person
they
don't
know
about
the
upi
number
for
their
store
.
(It's
considerable
with
respect
to
their
billing
system)
and
their
billing
person
said
to
our
mom
"you
may
contact
for
our
store
manager".
At
first
he
is
not
allow
to
take
our
query
towards
him
and
neglect
or
avoid
to
us
with
unknowing
of
our
reason.
And
I
said
to
mom
to
relieve
their
store.
It
shows
their
poor
Customer
Relationship
Management.
In
My
point
of
view
always
"A
best
Customer
Relationship
Management
only
leads
their
business
growth
".
