Very poor customer service at Bakery. Not satisfied with the packing of birthday cake order. Need to teach the staffs about GOOD customer service. Should have patience to hear customer's request. They made to loose our birthday celebration mood.😠😠😠

Hey, I just went to buy grocery today @ 7:00 pm but remembered that I didn't brought my bag so I just asked someone in grocery did you provide me any bag or something to carry because I came by cycle , they said that we would provide after I purchased my groceries I went to first ticket counter near were rice bags, lift are there and I said I didn't have anything to carry he is disrespecting and treating me like a dog , for just not bringing me a bag , I couldn't understand, how can he treat me like a dog, insulting me and disrespecting and shouting me for just not bringing me bag , so I decided and asked not to bill and again he is disrespecting me by telling poi thozha( get lost) as if I am begging for him thinking like he is a owner and I am begger , I returned home without buying anything. I feel emotionally upset because I couldn't buy what I want and couldn't understand what mistake I made , didn't expect like department store like ranga is keeping people like that , just want to give a feedback if he is disrespecting like this people will feel upset , just teach him what is respect

The worst customer service in their sweet shop, they discuss with each other and don't listen to customers; even when we call and ask for product details, they don't care about that. In department stores, they give importance to their known people or relatives only; they don't even think about other customers.

Worst experience at Billing and their stores customer relationship management. My kind advice don't go to their any branches. Reason behind this review :- My mom having button mobile and having debit card and go to their main in store in dharmapuri. She purchased required things to our home. When billing she was found the debit card was expired and no more transactions done through that debit card. Sha was calling me through her mobile and told me that i would gave to my mobile to that stores billing person , you will Gpay the amount. I talk to their stores billing person they don't know about the upi number for their store . (It's considerable with respect to their billing system) and their billing person said to our mom "you may contact for our store manager". At first he is not allow to take our query towards him and neglect or avoid to us with unknowing of our reason. And I said to mom to relieve their store. It shows their poor Customer Relationship Management. In My point of view always "A best Customer Relationship Management only leads their business growth ".

Very worst ever customer service in their sweet shop while purchasing and billing, the staffs are very bad , impolite and harsh manner. They are looking to us as if we are cheating on them. We are customer to them for a decade.very worst experience from them. It's time to change to a new good sweets shop. Thanks for teaching a lesson that "All the glitters are not gold" This may be a good example for us. Please teach to your staffs to behave politely, calmly, mannerly and sensibly.

Such a bad experience with Hotel. Very bad service. Though it is self service and we have to wait for long time to get food and its such a bad food. We order Rava dosa and they jus gave less than half quantity of dosa and expect us to pay a lot for it. Being a local am really disappointed. People in food canteen act like they give food for free... Few of the customer felt the same. Mr. Owner plz look into this. Thanks for the earlier response.. Time 8.30am. Date - 20 Aug 2022.

Trust and reliability broken. It's time for an alternate departmental store Placed an order on Sunday, with a request of home delivery. I have been told that items will be delivered by Monday 11 AM. Hasn't happened. Got a call at 12 PM just to confirm the order but the item are not even picked up. Monday evening got a call that items are packed and I can visit to pick. But my request is to deliver. Finally got a second call at 1:30 PM on Tuesday as a reminder to pick the goods. Not a good moral. Collected the goods and asked for paper plate. We have been misdirected to 2nd floor by a office person who is working for almost many years.. is that purposely as I questioned them why it's not delivered... It has to be realized that the importance is given to the service you provide, not on the items or it's MRP. The world has space even for a low budget purchaser. Total price of my purchase was Rs.7000 which is not considered for door delivery even I given the address in return. It's time for an alternate departmental store

Bakery has the worst billing section. They don't know how to handle the crowd. Billing section has no idea whether the bakery product is there or not yet charges the bill. Later we customers are suffering without that bakery product and there wasn't even alternative product for that bill. Customer service is poor staffs are busy with mobile phones without proper response to the customer.

I came to the hotel at 2:00 and we ordered Veg Noodles 🍜 they told me it'll take 15 minutes ⏰.My Family thought that we can wait for 15 mins, ok. But, they came and told us to 30 more minutes! I mean we waited for 15 minutes! I mean will they make us wait for 45 minutes! There were only meals and other dishes like Chapathi and curry were only served at night 🌚.We left and had to eat at the bakery. I had a really bad experience at Ranga.

We had a bad experience in your hotel .we waiting more than 20 min for our food even though they changed my order and they told me that these is what you ordered. Pls take proper order and treat us with little polite

The best store in Dharmapuri. Ground floor Bakery and Groceries First floor Gift and Baby Items Second floor Gaming station for babies and household items. Very neatly arranged, no need anyone help to identify the items. Bonus, given discount from the MRP.

Employees are okay other than few lazy seniors. They r not good for leaders or supervisors. Show they r like owner and lazy. Don't know how to interact with customers. Treating like their workers or un educated..

The Best Departmental Store of Dharmapuri. From Grocery items, Fancy items, Ready-made clothes, Children toys and educational materials, Metal and Plastic Household arrivals, Medicines ii Medical Store are in one Building. Also Bakery and Sweet Stall and Fresh Fruits Stall also available. Tasty food items are available in the self service Hotel. Always a big crowd shown in the Store. The parking area is not enough.

Nice supermarket with almost availability of all stocks, best time for shopping here is noon in the week days, the day before festivals are like not possible to take time and buy, visit on weekdays to get everything you need especially at noon

Very very worst experience with the staff we never ever had. We have taken the things on our trolley and went to the billing session and standing on the line at 9:30pm on 26.2.23 . That time their all staffs are telling that it's time to wind up the shop go outside go outside. After taken the things on trolley n waited a long for billing, they have sent us out without raising bill by telling time is up. I don't understand why the management is not have an look on them. Very worst behavior. We are using to purchase our monthly groceries nearly 5000 to 6000rs every month. But got a good lesson this time and never ever come to your place anymore. Friends please never ever suggest this place to anyone. We are paying money then why should we leave our self respect. You can purchase in other shops whom gives the values for their customers..

Very bad experience in this shop first floor staff and manager. Today (17.2.23 ) i went shopping with my kids, after that they collected money for damaged toys. The staff and manager are arguing with me...

Today we lost token for the purchased items. "ALL UNDER ONE ARENA" PROS: 1. The best and amazing departmental store in the city. 2.They have everything which the customer needs. 3.The price is also comparatively lesser than the MRP price. 4.Even they have kids gaming and playing arena in the 1st floor, which adds convience to shop by leaving kids in the playing arena until the parents finish their shopping. 5. Facilities include: Drug store, Bakery, Restaurant, Gaming and Playing area and goes on... CONS: 1.The billing queues are the disappointing one in this department store. They have long queues for billing. This is the one the shop keeper should pay heed to. Apart from that everything is awesome on this department store.
