WORST
service.
These
people
won’t
accept
there
mistakes
at
all.
My
car,
Ciaz-
which
had
no
issues
was
given
for
yearly
service
after
getting
a
lots
of
request
calls
from
customer
care
executive
of
this
firm.
The
car
was
given
for
service
by
my
driver
,
there
service
person
called
and
informed
me
a
set
of
works
are
to
be
done
(
which
I
thought
was
told
by
my
driver
to
these
people
but
wasn’t)
then
asked
for
extra
services
which
I
luckily
denied.
At
the
end
of
the
service
I
received
my
car
in
a
poorly
cleaned
condition
and
a
hefty
bill.
I
dont
know
wether
they
have
done
replacement
of
spares
as
printed
in
the
bill
because
at
the
end
of
the
day
it’s
full
of
confusions
only.
When
asked
by
my
driver
about
the
condition
of
the
car
to
the
service
person,
he
replied
that
the
cleaning
is
given
for
contract
and
they
can’t
say
anything
to
them.
After
receiving
the
vehicle
I
asked
there
Customercare
staff
who
was
earlier
calling
me
daily
to
share
the
number
of
quality
manager,
she
told
that
she
will
share
the
details
but
I
haven’t
received
it
till
date.
Later
I
got
his
contact
from
an
earlier
service
message
and
I
called
and
informed
him
the
issues.he
asked
me
to
share
the
images.
I
was
messaged
by
the
quality
manager
to
give
them
one
more
chance
but
I
don’t
want
to
take
risk
anymore.
Conclusion-
went
with
a
good
vehicle
for
general
service
and
came
back
with
a
lot
of
issues
+
loss
of
money
+
mental
stress
.
