    One of the worst service ever had from Nexa. Request you all to go to another service provider. Dear service provider, Request you to view the attached picture and condition of My vehicle after your service. I agree to you first that I dint provide vehicle in clean condition. Just need to know that you guys aleast will not clean or wipe the vehicle after your service. Atleast the areas your staffs worked. My question is if the service is free of cost does your terms says to provide vehicle in this conditions? Does you guys will not feel guilty if your vehicle runs in this condition on road? All my thought is Nexa will not provide the vehicle in this condition. Finally iam very much happy of your great service.

    Nexa porur chennai provides worst service. I have noticed several times and after questioning they give lame excuses like a student how has not done his homework. After service when the car was delivered, there was stains and dirts after so called water wash and waxing. Like everytime, I see they billing 17rs for wheen tag, but never find one on the wheels. During lockdown they came home selling coupons for 1000rs, when I try to avail it they sent it back saying all nonsense excuses. After 6 yrs I have lost my patience and trust. I shall never again buy a car from popular or avail service from popular nexa porur. A bunch of liars and cheats who doesn't want to work but wants to bill for everything. Even the paper mats costs approx 5 rs. Nothing is complimentary, the moment you hand over your car, the start billing you and the real issues are not worked upon. Petrol is being consumed from the tank, but they bill for 3 ltrs of petrol. Non transparency, no honesty, no work being done really... it's all billing they work upon. Avoid this service center as much as possible.

    BEST PLACE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SPOIL YOUR CAR. Received WORST service. These people won’t accept there mistakes at all. My car, Ciaz- which had no issues was given for yearly service after getting a lots of request calls from customer care executive of this firm. The car was given for service by my driver , there service person called and informed me a set of works are to be done ( which I thought was told by my driver to these people but wasn’t) then asked for extra services which I luckily denied. At the end of the service I received my car in a poorly cleaned condition and a hefty bill. I dont know wether they have done replacement of spares as printed in the bill because at the end of the day it’s full of confusions only. When asked by my driver about the condition of the car to the service person, he replied that the cleaning is given for contract and they can’t say anything to them. After receiving the vehicle I asked there Customercare staff who was earlier calling me daily to share the number of quality manager, she told that she will share the details but I haven’t received it till date. Later I got his contact from an earlier service message and I called and informed him the issues.he asked me to share the images. I was messaged by the quality manager to give them one more chance but I don’t want to take risk anymore. Conclusion- went with a good vehicle for general service and came back with a lot of issues + loss of money + mental stress .

    My car was picked up and dropped. Today when I got the car, my joy knew no bounds as it was a wonderful transformation I saw in the car. It beats my expectation. I was zapped with the perfect work done. The car looks swanky new. The toil and effort by Sajith, the Body Shop Manager and Balaji, the Body Shop Executive at Ciaz Nexa workshop at Porur, Chennai is worth highlighting. They formed a WA group and kept on updating me almost everyday. Having worked as a Country Manager for an American company and having controlled over 400 employees with close to 40 years of experience in the Service Industry, I can vouch that these 2 gentlemen have provided me impeccable service. I would term their service as Customer Delight. These two professionals are an Asset to your Organisation. I would recommend an On The Spot Award as. Recognition for these two professionals for others to learn from. God bless Sajith & Balaji. I wish you have more of Sajiths and Balajis. Am so happy and satisfied.

    Very good service center. NEXA does make their customer service stand apart. Excellent ambience and very knowledgeable technicians. I would always prefer this place as long as I have a MS Car. The branch manager Mr. Biju was very kind and caring and he personally visited the car to see if the issues were resolved. Service manager Senthil Ganesh A was courteous. Every staff is trained to be courteous and helpful.

    Not keeping the promises made on discounts during the vehicle pickup. There will be lot of follow up literally every day until you give your vehicle for service and after that you will have to follow up. Quality of washing was not proper and had to get it cleaned again. For the Center it’s just another vehicle … this would be my last visit for sure to Popular.

    Gave my Ignis car to do regular service and body shop work, have to appreciate their coordination and follow up which was done in a well organized manner. Mr. Rajesh from body shop and service manager Mr. Nawaz assisted well for the claim and services. Have to thank all the drivers and service centre for their pick and drop service as well. applause and kudos to the entire service team.

    One of the best service for NEXA Maruthi vehicle, Perfect place, Neatly maintained, Transparent, professional, Polite, waiting room, pleasent and we'll organised service centre. Owner can take rest as long as they wish, Luxury furnishings may give good for you to take rest with coffee or tea been served by people, Can ask for more like water bottle etc., Service area very transparent, can see your vehicle from your place where your sitting. I just came for regular 30k km service of my ciaz, I'm fully satisfied with their warm welcome, service and above all they checking all the parameters to give us smooth running experi with our vehicle. Pre booking always good. Pick-up and drop facility also available.

    I did the mistake of giving my car for service here, overall service was decent but man, they never ever stop calling you for service due even if you explain clearly that car has not run the required km for oil change. Worst system I have ever seen for service calls. I am tired of explaining to them every single day that I don't want any calls from them, but the calls never ever stops. Will never avail service here ever again.

    I Came for my Baleno 5745 3rd free service but on the delivery on 27th Oct 2023, I noticed there are some scratches on the body which is totally unacceptable and frustrated. And there are some minor scratches too. Again noticed, on the driver seat, no proper cleaning, there were dusts on the floor and foot mat. Also, I've placed my tool kit & first aid box in the cover inside the car trunk. The tool kid and the first aid kit was opened with very much of dirty when there is no use of those Kit's for service. I want to notify that I also had lot and lot of scratch & other problems on the 2nd free service also. For each service I have to visit around 3 times to rectify their mistakes. Money and time totally waste for me. I'll never recommend my friends for Porur Nexa service.

    Worst services I came across in my 1.5 decade with Maruti. Service supervisor is not responding at all and vehicle was delivered next day with no proper cleaning and washing, that too with a item was missing, Later the Vehicle was delivered with highest level of complaint raised. I requested for an apology email they agreed during delivery and now Manager is also not responding.

    I've been contacted multiple times by the executive for servicing, and they eventually agreed to return my vehicle on the same day after the service. However, this did not happen as promised. I had given them my Baleno Zeta, but the executive insisted that they had received my Alto due to an incorrect entry, which resulted in them spending over 10,000. I am not satisfied with this experience and do not wish to repeat the same mistake of entrusting my vehicle to them for service.

    There is no option to give below this one rating… the service is very worst and I won’t recommend to others… after service the rear camera went totally blur and I couldn’t even park my car.. also the interior and exterior was totally shabby as they didn’t even take an effort to clean… the service agent was speaking as though he was completely monitoring… but he didn’t… looks like he was giving false info to me… ppl please be cautious…

    They have delivered the vehicle yesterday without water wash and cleaning.Even I was not able to find the replaced parts in the vehicle when they returned. Not sure wheither they did the sevice and they have quality assurance team.Totally unimpressive.

    Went for Tinkering and painting. Good and friendly service. The technicians patiently understood our issues no matter how long they address to our issues with patience. Good finish by the servicing mechanics. Keep it up!

    Started servicing my car here from last year after returning from New Delhi. One of the best service centre I have visited so far. All stars were so supportive and explaining the things exactly. Mr Jeyaraj was the service manager for the past two service of my car, was very helpful and took utmost care of my car during entire service period.     Our NEXA XL6 TN...3316 , was given for paint correction and rear sensor button fix. The Service Division staffs were quite supportive as usual, especially Mr. Prabhakaran was very coordinative in making arrangements for Pickup and delivery on time and the work was done to its best. I would insist my Friends and other XL6 companions to reach Porur zone for service and support.

    Great service by the team. My car broke down due to weak battery and I got stranded on the road. I called one of the team member and though the person was on leave and it was almost the closing hours of the workshop, they went beyond the call of their duty, coordinated well among themselves and sent their service people immediately to the spot. They jumpstarted the car, dropped me at home and took the car for battery replacement and service. When I appreciated those people for their timely help, they were humble enough to say that the credit goes to the entire team. Felt very happy about their attitude and their service. This is what is delighting the customers, rather than just satisfying them!! Thank you team!

    Very good service center for maruti Nexa cars. Service advisors and management are very knowledgeable about vehicles and suggest exact type of service/ repai required. I took my new car grand vitara multiple times : 1st service/inspection Body repair ( a biker had hit rear bumper in signal) Airbag controller recall. In all 3 cases they exceeded my expectations. Manager Mr Naveen and service head Mr Byju are very cuatomer friendly and promptly answer any questions you may have. Service advisors don't overcommmit timelines and tell you exact time a job would take. Ambiance of place is also very good. I was able to get my office work done from customer lounge
