Worst behavior in handling customer

Bad Experience.. No Customer focus and follow up... Taking so many days for a simple process

Without any intimation, bank is charging to the Customer. If any account is changed from salary to saving, prior intimation have to be given from the bank. If anyone doesn't know that their account is upgraded and min balance has to be maintained, then its bank duty to return it for the 1st time. Being a customer for 8 years, I personally feel of getting cheated and plan to close the account in Axis Bank.

Wrong location

Worst place , it won't be looking like a bank . I went for my passbook printing , miss .vaishnavi sampath got my book and kept it over her table and went to manager room and keep on talking for more than 30mints . I am like a Stachew there. Being a doctor I wasted my timings here. Worst staffs behaviour . Like a home everyone is talking & chatting in their own cell phone . I never recommend this branch to others.
