Very kids friendly place, close-knit families. Feels like a community with all it's festivals and events celebrations. Although it has many facilities - yoga room, theatre room, reading room, creche, rooftop barbeque, game room, etc, the maintenance is not like it once was. These are almost completely not in use.

Decent and a safe place to live. There are many apartments around it. And most of them are families. Secured environment. There are lots of shops around this apartments in a walkable distance. You can get everything nearby. And it's a safe place.
