The clinic staff are horrible people. The doctor no doubt is very good but the staff are the ones who let us in. They have no clue of who come first and they say first come first serve. The management needs to look into their staff and change them. The clinic is losing its name because of the front staff.

Worst behavior by doctor. Rude speech and attitude. No politeness. Waste of money 500rs for consultation. Won't recommend at all. Please avoid. Not worth for even single star. Think the doctor need to take some psychological treatment first.

Doctor Ramu is good. He speaks only facts. Waiting time is very long. The clinic has always been full of patients. However there is no point going there on the scheduled visiting time because the doctor will come only 1hour later than the mentioned start time. Long waiting hours has become a norm in the city. The concept of appointments doesn't exist. However the diagnosis and no fuss approach by the doctor is good. He reassuring and friendly.

Doctor is good. He explains facts and makes us understand the problem. Dint charge for revisit (when there is no actual treatment to be given).

He prescribed only gelucil for cough problem throat related all problem. Always says acidity is the main reason for throat infection or cough. Always comes very late. Starts checking the patients much more lately. You will run out of patience.

Worst behaviour by the hospital staff and the main doctor. They asked to come after 2 and when we went there on time they refused to see. And they behaved rudely and no manners at all. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Located centrally in Velachery,the clinic caters to the entire South Chennai population.The doctor was very patient in listening to my complaints and gave me the right treatment.

Being a noble profession.. expect Docs to be on time.. timing is from 11:30.. and it's 11:55.. still the receptionist don't know when doc is going to arrive. Yet to meet the doc.. so no comments for doc as of now.. Doc was available after 30 min. Was quick in analysis and knew exactly what's wrong. Very good experience. And I will recommend this doc to others.

He is a wonderful doctor and I suggest to visit him and get cured asap instead of going to hospitals that suggest numerous test and only focus on making money. I went when I had severe pain due to ear infection and at other instance when I was facing echoing problem in one ear and he could diagnose and cure it with ease. Thanks Doctor. Stay Blessed

Dr Ramu Harirajan is such a gem. He explains every piece of information so clearly .My wife had sudden neural hearing loss . The diagnosis was super quick , he suggested us a therapy and it was an unbelievable miraculous success. The hospital premise is clean and well maintained. They do have all advanced diagnosis techniques as well 100% recommend KKR clinic and Dr Ramu .

The Doctor gives the apt treatment with kind attitude & the way he cleans the ears is with utmost care & concern, unlike any other ENT doctors whom I have consulted, so far, who were a bit harsh & forceful while cleaning. Utmost considerate doctor in spite of his demanding schedule. 100% motherly care, suitable enough to consult even from babies to senior citizens. I take my kids along so that they get the softest treatment possible.

I went here for ear pain.. it was little crowded, i have waited for an hour to meet dr.. but she treated nicely. within 1 day my pain has gone. Dr fee is 400. And medicine 300....they have inbuilt medical shop. They themself give medicine from there itself...

Went for my ear related treatment just the doctor took some general check and then he charge me for 5k.Its really not a good sign for this doctor totally targeting only money not for the patients

The medicine didn’t worked out and I took my son for his ear pain. The doctor tried to clean his wax but doing that increased his ear pain.

Im having doubt whether he's a doctor or not. Throat infection he saw the throat and gave the prescription. Didn't explain about the level of infection and what need to take and not to take..
