Horrible furniture. Please do not buy from here. Extremely bad quality. Does not even last for few months. If you raise customer complaint, they say get it fixed by your local carpenter. The leg of the sofa was broken. Do they local carpenters to keep spare for it? It was made of extremely low grade plastic. The highlight is their customer care. They have the dumbest people who cannot help you with any query and give you ambiguous answers. They don't even provide number for the local stores. Everything has to get routed through their dumb customer care only. You have to be online with them for 1 hour for every query. There are better furniture shops. Please do not shop from here, Their only intent is to sell the product and nothing else. I am planning to file a case in the consumer court.

Don’t buy anything at Home Center. They’re not very ethical with respect to warranty, assembly installation etc. Those who provided ratings here, they just visited the shop. I’m talking about 80% of above case. You will have a serious post buying experience with them. I bought a wardrobe there. During first installation, their technician didn’t assemble properly. Then I raised a compliant. Another Technican came. Didn’t justify the proper installation process. Now the product is dancing between two pillars. Again I submitted a request in the recent times. Without my consent, they did something in the wardrobe when I left the place for a min. Took the picture and closed the compliant, which is not acceptable. Few min ago, I received a call from their support center with a rude voice and behaviour. I’m happy to post all the videos and pictures. Based on that, you can think twice whether you want to buy a product there or not. I will do this based on your responses.

This is the worst place to buy stuffs. Specifically the outlet at Marina mall. Such a rude behavior by staff (a lady at the billing ) and Manager Mr.Kodhanda ramu at Marina mall. They don't even have courtesy how to reply to elderly people. We went to buy a knife and the payment got debited from our end. When we showed the message from bank, the lady staff at the counter said that they haven't received any payment in a very rude way. So, I asked her to call the store manager Mr. Kodhanda ramu. He was also insisting the same and he said we will get the payment reversal in 4 days. So, we asked his contact to call him if in case we don't receive the amount back. My mother who is a pensioner, called him on Wednesday as we didn't get the reversal. The manager spoke in a very rude way to my mother who is 65 years old. ( in tamil he said - na enna unga kaasa pocket laya potuka poraen..innum 2 days wait pannunga). The amount may be small, but it matters a lot to a pensioner. I highly don't recommend home center at Marina mall as the customers are not treated with due respect. To the management, please train your staff to treat customer with respect.

My all time favourite shop. You can buy everything that your home needs. This branch is a smaller one but has a pretty good collection.

Home centre in OMR is a refreshing change, collection in this store is always amazing. Service at cash counter needs improvement for sure. Only 3 desks and all v slow!! It’s my second visit and I can clearly say Payment needs more time than shopping!! Staff needs to be well trained

As you know home center is not a budget friendly place.. But they sell damanged product's in half the price also, it's like not fully damaged slite crack on painting, Problem with wired connections but which also can be used just for decor items.. Likewise they sell many options too.. You can see multiple options for home decoration items.. Service is too good.. Staffs always being polite.. and they also explain everything clearly. Social distancing is maintained properly, Temperature check also done in entrance.. Contact free delivery also done.

Nice atmospheres.. To home interior design.. Lot's of collection in furnitures.. Little big high cost.. But good quality.. Must visit.. Toooo

There is absolutely no service post warranty for anything you buy from home centre in chennai. For a store with such massive reputation in chennai, this is completely absurd. Statement given by customer care. There is no service whatsoever to whatever you buy from us.

A premium quality home needs showroom especially for furniture, kitchenware, crockery etc. All the furniture attractively displayed with prompt sales personnel for information and assistance available.

Home centre is my favorite shop for decor and kitchen items. Especially I love their colour themes. If you are planning to setup your home based on colour , then home centre is best option. Their price is always on expensive side only. But I love their unique collections.

Most of the time they display discount but there wont be any staff to assist on the discount and we will get confuse in pricing… every time we need to check it with billing for price… Products are good but no staffs are there to assist.

Very high price compared to other homecentres . Collection also was not that good . Actually one week back we had bought a blue carpet from homecentre express avenue. The cost written on that was 999 rs . While billing they gave discount and it costed just 499 . We later thought to buy one more & came here . This time MRP was 1799 and they are giving discount and selling for 899. We left without buying it . Very bad experience

Nice to witness the super sale. Except that crowd royally occupied couches and sofas. Leaving no space for prospects to check them. Families of 6-8 people made it worse. Needs a strong serious floor manager who can ensure genuine shoppers don’t suffer. Junior Staff and security guard are helpful. I had hands full with stuff and Jr staff volunteered until invoicing. Stars go to them only

Home centre located 3rd floor of Marina Mall. House hold needs under one roof. It has furniture, kitchen utensils, bedroom materials, decorative items etc. Excellent display of living room sofa, chairs, kitchen settings etc. It is set up similar to IKEA showrooms. Good service by the team.

Am giving 3 star because I personally like HC. Home center in Alwarpet has been a place I have been going to for many years. Have had fantastic experience over the years. Marina mall also has an amazing collection but their staff are not too helpful. They neither seem to support nor willing to answer any questions. I had to look for support and finally settle in for something because there was none to help. And finally one big word of feedback. They do gift wrapping but there is no post it to write on it. We are buying and gift wrapping however if there is no way to write on it , its quite absurd. This is just a feedback

The Home Centre at Marina Mall provides the absolute worst service, hence I'm only giving it 1 star. I went twice to buy a dining table and other items for my home, but the staff was never helpful. They aren't even prepared to serve the customer, so I simply went outside and placed an order using their app. However, if it persists, this branch will damage the reputation of Home Centre.

Rich people centre......but worth visiting to get an idea on how we can our home Better....good to visit and experience the comforts given by various things in it...u can find many things there to buy at some minimal cost and also expensive products....

V bought sofa for around 50k. Not even 6 month, we do see fungus. When we complained about it, no action. Horrible customer service…1 yr warranty and all fake promise… better avoid furniture here.

Had a bitter experience, where merchandise in the store tangled on wife churidar and fell and broke, the staff were extremely polite ..... But I had to pay for it, was not a pleasant experience. Being a loyal customer buying furnitures for our new home at Chennai , I consider it rude for charging the broken merchandise .....Moreover fragile items should not be kept in crammed spaces. Visited Marina Mall several times but never dared to step in home centre store again.

It always feels good to visit home center. They have pretty and unique variety of home goods. Prices are good. Would definitely recommend

Experience at home centre, Marina mall is good. Less crowded when compared to other outlets. Lifestyle and homecentre interconnected. Purchase billing can be done at individual floors, for exchange, you need to get the refund coupon at Lifestyle counter

We bought a recliner 3 seater sofa for 75k.Exactly just after one year the leather skin started peeling off even with a proper care. They promised life long quality would be there and they provide customer support for the sofa. But there won’t be any customer support would be there after immediate 1 year and they asked us to contact local carpenter for replacing the leather. Even after knowing we are buying a expensive one is purely because for the quality of the product and the support the brand provides. But we are completely dissatisfied on Home Center that they cheated us (the customer) and lost the trust !!!!

Please don’t buy furniture from this place. Very substandard. Won’t even last for 6 months. Looking at the reviews I think they send everybody to the local carpenter. Then what are you people fit to do? Just sell? And all reviews state that they have noted the comments. Don't know what they do with that.

Nice ambience, items are neatly kept. Cost is not too high. Even small indoor plants are also available here... Lot of options for indoor lights, kitchen and dining is available here...
