Most of the time they deliver display products ,not service oriented only money minded. I have bought product from Bangalore, service calls never responded. Spare cost are too high and not genuine. Don't buy from them you will regret later. My experience was very bad

It is overpriced. I called them and it was told that price per kg of hex dumbell is 200. Once I went to the store it was suddenly 240 Rs. I was not having proper justification for it too.

I just bought a treadmill from ACME fitness for my home use.The service level of the showroom staff, logistics and the installation team is excellent. They committed to deliver and install the product the next day of purchase and they honored it.I hope the product Lexco LT5X is equally good.

I was looking for a multiple purpose gym bench and enquired the store. Mr. Viswa from Acme was very much helpful and supportive in showing the features of the product and he also explained about the additional features of the leg extensions and preacher curl, which was very convincing and ended up buying both the bench and extensions. He helped me throughout the process in getting timely delivery and prompt installation. He himself came to my premises and gave me a demo of the product and educated on how to use the equipment safely and so do the maintenance. I had a very smooth customer service and would strongly recommend Mr. Viswa from Acme for any purchase with Acme fitness.

I purchased a treadmill from here 10 years ago and now purchased a recumbent cycle in June 2020. The staff are very professional and helpful. In particular, Mr. Solomon and Mr. Senthil helped a lot. The delivery and setup process was very smooth. Their after sales service is also excellent - I have used their equipment maintenance services regularly. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Yesterday ( 2 April 2021 ) i got my spin bike from acme show room khadhar Nawaz Khan road chennai through mr Priyadarshan ..... couple of days ago when I enquired about the product he was very enthusiastic and explained patiently the product details ...his coordination was perfect ..without visiting the showroom I received it as he arranged everything online .. Good quality products and great service ! special mention about Mr. Senthil. Though I contacted him during the lockdown in Chennai, he responded to my queries immediately and followed me up post the lockdown. He had good knowledge about the products and he was more about getting the customer to buy the right product for them.

Till selling the product everything was perfect. When it comes to service, the entire unit is least bothered. Bought an Octane Q35X Elliptical worth of 2 lakhs by 13th May 2022. From Aug 2022, I am trying to get the service done for the product. They have only one person specifically for service. So avoid if u need a proper product with service...
