This Hp world outlet didn’t have the model (2039) that I was looking for. However, they took some efforts and made it available for me from the warehouse in about an hour which is great. 😊 Im I’m happy with the service that had received from the gentlemen named Syed and Pradeepan. Worst experience for me. I try to purchase a wifi mouse. They entered my mobile number (2 numbers) but not received OTP. They aren't care' about the costomer service and Not allow to purchase the mouse. Finally returned back to home

It was a miraculous day, the day I took my laptop to HP World, Mount Poonamallee Rd (near Saravana Store), Lakshmi Nagar, Porur. I was discouraged when HP Word Phoenix Marketcity, Velachery where I bought my laptop a year ago told me that to reset MS Office, they need username or password Office account I was using before formatting the OS. They stated categorically that there was nothing they could do unless I provided them with this information. Their last word was impossible to do anything. What a poor answer! I decided to try at HP World, Poonamallee Mount. I met Mr. G. Syed there. He tried his best and then succeeded to reset MS Office. Friends, if you are looking for a responsible and caring genuine supplier with real expertise, please come to HP World, Mount Poonamallee and meet Mr. G.Syed.
