I
went
to
the
Riverside
Tyler
mall
store
today
for
new
blouse
and
shoes.
I
have
a
three
day
business
convention
in
Nashville
this
week.
Found
perfect
blouse
and
shoes.
Went
to
make
my
purchase.
The
shoes
rung
up
for
$65.
There
was
a
clear
sign
on
the
display
for
29.99.
I
did
as
the
cashier
asked
and
went
back
to
take
a
picture.
She
said
the
sign
said
starting
at...
I
explained
these
shoes
are
the
only
shoes
on
that
display.
I
asked
for
a
manager
as
the
cashier
said
I
dont
make
the
signs.
The
manager
Marie
Ann
walked
over
to
the
display
said
"oh,
the
other
shoes
likely
sold
out
over
the
weekend.
I
asked
if
she
would
honor
the
sign.
She
refused
although,
there
was
only
the
single
item
same
shoe
in
black
and
brown
filledon
the
display.
The
display
was
full
of
the
wrong
item.
I
called
the
customer
feedback
phone
number
on
my
receipt
and
gave
a
complaint.
I
was
told
the
store
manager
would
contact
me
in
48
hours.
I
explained
I
only
want
the
shoes
that
are
clearly
advertised
at
29.99.
She
said
well
we
are
online
and
that
is
an
in
store
issue.
So
the
store
has
to
call
you
for
a
solution.
I
said
okay,
then
I
called
the
store
thinking
I
might
as
well
get
this
48
hr
wait
period
over
with..
I
spoke
with
Anthony
explained
what
had
happened.
He
put
me
on
hold
to
check
the
sign.
He
hung
up
I
called
back
asked
for
his
name
and
he
hung
up
again!
I
called
back
again
no
answer.
Called
a
fourth
time
a
woman
named
keisha
explained
she
was
a
supervisor.
She
said
she
was
aware
of
the
situation.
She
went
on
to
explain
corporate
menu
pricing,
the
sale
they
had
over
the
weekeend
etc.
I
explained
again,
there
is
a
seperate
display
with
a
clearly
posted
sign
one
type
of
shoe
on
it.
Will
you
honor
the
price?
She
said
no.
I
have
been
a
lifelong
customer
my
family
goes
back
to
school
shopping
each
year.
So
we
are
several
generations
worth
of
JCP
shoppers.
I
get
my
work
slacks
and
blazers
from
jcp
online
in
a
tall.
The
quality
is
the
best!
This
is
the
fourth
time
I
have
had
an
issue
at
this
store
in
the
past
two
months.
You
have
lost
a
customer.
Due
to
your
pride
and
poor
customer
service.
I
will
never
support
Jc
Penny
again!
Macys
and
Kohls
willl
get
our
business.
