First time just walk 2 hisle and stared to grab stuff like a kid .. thanks to the lady's there

This location has to be a the biggest joke of them all. Highly recommend looking further. They dont know how to look up parts. They hire uneducated people. As a repair company going here asking them for your parts its nearly impossible for the simplist tasks. They're clueless!!!

Limited in stock, but staff were amazing! The girl at the front I don't remember her name but she was really short she even said even though stock is really limited if I find something online that I really want you can have it sent to this location so I don't have to drive so far. Very nice shop very good place to get all supplies needed for boating or fishing

The service was exceptional. I spoke with Ruth and she did her best to get me the stuff I needed. She was very knowledgeable and when we could not find what I needed she quickly found the best person to ask and soon I had everything. Parking was very easy. I drove a long way to get there so it was important for me to get everything I needed

What a rarity! All West Marine stores are equal in the merchandise they offer. But when it comes to customer service, I must single out this particular West Marine in Riverside, CA (and a particular employee) for providing a superior consumer experience. I had about a billion (sailboat) questions that needed answering - this, after countless hours on the Internet. So I walked into this West Marine location and discovered a wonderful resource named Kaylee (spelling??). This exemplary employee knew where stuff was in the store, had phenomenal suggestions as to specific product application, offered excellent pricing information, and basically allowed me total access to her professional wisdom and experience. And perhaps more importantly, in those infrequent cases where Kaylee did not have a direct answer, she pointed me in the right direction. Like having Google in human form. Like I said, a rarity these days. I highly recommend this particular West Marine location and employee. While anyone can order any product from West Marine online, having your questions answered by someone who understands how to work a problem - and how to offer viable solutions - is often times significantly more valuable than the product itself. At least it was for me, courtesy an employee named Kaylee. She is a welcome asset aboard my sailboat anytime.

Ordered online and received a follow up call within 20 minutes saying my order was ready for pickup at will call. My order was filled perfectly. Upon arrival I was nicely greeted by the staff and helped me with all my questions. Store was well stocked, clean and nicely organized. Will definitely return for further business.

All your needs are handled with enthusiasm, the lady at the shoe department was so nice that we ended up spending over $300. I believe her name is Tania, we now have the needed shoes for our 3 week camping in Baja, México

Very few salespeople but a well stocked store.

Arrived at the store only to find a sign on the door" back in 30 minutes". There were three customers waiting and a fourth one arrived . When called the number repeatedly someone finally answered and says " I'm at lunch. I'm the only one here and I'll be there in 10 minutes." We advise that there were people waiting and she seemed to not care. We left.

Customer service is phenomenal I love when Bethany is there, they have a variety of things to choose from.
