I simply cannot say enough great things about my Ensi sauna from JNH Lifestyles. Nikki was so helpful and patient answering all my questions. The support team at JNH is very responsive and so knowledgeable . Amazing customer service. I spoke to several members of their team at length. I did a TON of research before making this investment. I looked at all the major brands. I definitely made the right choice. Super fast delivery via freight. It came in a few flat boxes. Installation was SO easy. I put it together with my wife in less than an hour. Very straightforward instructions, and the sauna basically clicks together. The sauna is gorgeous. It is of high quality, and it works beautifully. It heats up within 10 -15 minutes. It’s incredible that it gets so hot, but doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all. You are sweating within minutes, but not feeling too hot. I absolutely notice a difference in my skin, energy level, sleep quality, and overall well-being. I fell incredible after using it, and I look forward to getting into it every day. The 1 person sauna is perfect for me. I was nervous about it feeling too small or cramped, but there is plenty of room to stretch and relax. I added the chromotherapy lights and oxygen ionizer. I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase and overall experience with JNH.

Absolutely love everything about my experience with JNH Lifestyles! I purchased a Joyous 2 person sauna after doing some thorough research about the many different in-home sauna options. This company has great reviews and Home Depot even sold their products. After purchasing, I decided a few days later to add another accessory and that’s when I spoke with Heather in customer service. She was EXCEPTIONAL and so nice to speak with. She explained to me the different accessory options and what she recommends as a first time in-home sauna owner. She was patient and kind and I could tell she was smiling over the phone. I can’t reiterate enough how important it is for a company to have excellent guest service. It was one thing to do my research and purchase solely online but to have an actual person like Heather follow up with me and ensure I have received my order and the assembly instructions, etc meant SO much. This sauna is worth every penny solely thanks to Heather’s excellent guest service! I received my purchase FAST. It got here in a week and a half! We have enjoyed using the sauna for one week now and have only positive things to say. Just like heather recommended to me, I recommend you buy an ergonomic lumbar support and head rest. I find that I am most comfortable when I can lean against these while using the sauna. Sitting hunched over isn’t comfortable when you are sitting for 40+ minutes. I also like the chromotherapy light but it isn’t a deal breaker. Sometimes it’s nice just sitting in the dark with music playing. Again, I cannot reiterate enough how amazing Heather has been throughout the entire process. She sent me numerous emails ensuring I knew what to expect when the sauna delivered and also helped me activate the warranty for my sauna. She is a wonderful ambassador to the JNH Lifestyles brand and I am so thankful for all her help! The sauna is nice but the excellent guest service made me a lifelong JNH Lifestyles customer!

Good product, easy delivery, extremely easy to set up (you will need 2 people). The ordering and delivery prices was very easy, and they assigned a sales representative to make sure I was taken care of. The product itself has been very good. The build quality is very good and ultimately it only took a couple hours to set up. It heats up rather quickly and stays warm. I have the base model without near infrared and it seems like a good starting point for owning a sauna. It also seems like it'll be easy to take apart if I decide to move. I would definitely recommend. Things I'd also recommend after owning: get some sort of back support, it will increase comfort a lot. The light package also would be nice. Make sure your outlet can handle the load before purchasing.

After much research and avoiding big box stores. I discovered JNH through many review sites and they truly lived up to their reputation. From an amazing black friday deal, over the phone customer service and family run business.... This was my #1 choice. Easy assembly. Efficiency of delivery and communication was seamless. Assembly was easy and quick. Im in there daily and with my exercise room sharing the sauna, I've never felt so complete and fulfilled. Heats up so nicely. If you want a boost, do a quick exercise before. Sweating and detox never felt so good. Always follow the safety instructions. Nikki in customer service is amazing, funny and so helpful. All my questions were answered and I can't stop sharing my experience!!!!!

DANGER! Do NOT buy their product!!! After a year the sauna door shattered trapping my husband inside. It proceeded to then shatter on top of him while he was trapped in the small sauna. For such an expensive product, it should be safe and last much longer.

Even though we had to wait 6 months from the date we purchased our JNH 4 person infrared sauna for it to ship…it was well worth the wait! We absolutely love it! Once we received it…it was easy to unpack and easy to put together. My wife and I could not be more happy with the purchase.

We absolutely love our sauna!! Been using it DAILY and wow it feels amazing! Upon delivery, there was only one box that was really heavy to deal with. I was shocked how fast I put it together, the walls just latch, it's so simple. It works so so well, we love it, JNH was super easy to communicate with, and now I get a little scent of hemlock whenever I walk by it in the bedroom. It's going to make this winter so much more bearable!! GET ONE.

I received my 2-person joyous sauna last week. It took about 10 days to receive the sauna after ordering it. The delivery went well, no issues and the delivery driver rolled the pallet into my garage. It took my son and I about an hour to put it together. All pieces fit as they should and it is well-made. I've used the sauna several times with the temperature set at 125deg for 30 minutes. Very relaxing and I'm looking forward to all the health benefits that it will provide. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this sauna.

Love our new JNH Lifestyles 2 person infrared sauna. From order to delivery to unboxing and set up - it's been a great experience. Have had it for a few weeks now and using every other day. Already experiencing health benefits from better sleep to a reduction in my inflammatory arthritis. This particular sauna came recommended from my doctor who also has the exact same model. So glad we took the leap!

We love our new sauna. Not only is it beautiful, it was easy to put together and works just how we expected. The way it was packaged was perfect. The directions were clear and it only took us an hour. We have used it everyday. It heats up quickly in around 15 minutes to 140 degrees and is the perfect way to relax before bed. We researched saunas for a while and decided that JNH had the best reviews, customer support and quality. We are not disappointed.
