This is my favorite Sally Beauty location because the staff is so friendly and attentive. Every time I go, they offer me help and I never feel like I’m bothering them. Plenty of parking and they always have things in stock.

Absolutely love coming here! The girls are so attentive and they definitely know what they are talking about, it’s like going to the salon with experts without the price. I’ve been to many Sally’s beauty supply stores in different cities and none of them compare to the knowledge and patience these girls have. Every single time I go to another store that’s not this one I remember why I always go back to the Azusa one lol. Been going to this store for years! 10/10.

Very frustrating online order was not correct with product on hands. Making it impossible to purchase online. And the associates working at the time knew this was an issue and said I need to call customer service my self. As I proceeded to make the issue known that they knew this was not the first time it has happened. Why are they still unable to solve issue in-store? 😕 One of the associates continued to interrupt me each time I would speak. There for taking me from a 10 to a 0 for customer satisfaction. Mind you I was also willing to call at that moment customer service but they gave me the wrong ph#

I was flabbergasted today when I returned some items that I bought on an impulse and was not satisfied with, and they happily took my items back and refunded me without a fuss! Most companies are usually glad when you buy but hate it when you come back to bring stuff back. I was thankful that they made it pain-free.

Not to be ridiculous... but if your post says you close at 7pm it shouldn't mean that I watch you girls leave at 6:26pm. I knew what I needed to grab it would have taken 5 minutes for me to be out the door. It's just not professional.

All of my beauty products i buy from here. They have EVERYTHING YOU NEED from nail polish to lipstick to hair curlers. Everything. It is a bit over priced, but all beauty products are.
