Her sweet and funny personality definitely shines through and makes for a fun and joyful car-buying experience. I also cannot say enough about the other employees who helped us through the process, especially Kurt, Carlos, and Jose M. Julie, Kurt, Carlos, and Jose made this a truly pleasant and efficient experience, and I am now leaving with a beautiful car that fits my finances. Thank you all so much! Would recommend HGreg to anyone for good deals on great cars.

    Very satisfying car buying experience with Daniel Radillo and Michael Diaz on May 16, 2023. I came in to test drive a used 2019 Nissan Leaf SL Plus and they were very quick to assist with any and all questions I had as a first-time "looker", as I still wasn't certain if I was going to be purchasing a car yet. They were attentive, friendly, and happy to negotiate a fair deal that mutually benefitted both of us; from my dad's experience, I know how cutthroat and tight the used car business can be, and I was glad to find that they were pleasant and worked out the best possible plan for my needs. For the nearly five hours that I was in the dealership, not one moment felt tense or nerve-wracking, and I would absolutely recommend them these guys to anyone in the market.

    Never had so much fun buying a car! What a great experience! All Salesman, Managers and Finance Managers were so awesome and helpful! Nate, Dorian, Jose and Cheech were all amazing! Adolph and Eric made it so pleasant and even Adam in finance took the stress away! Highly recommended!! Love my new friends!

    Mayra did a great job from beginning to end, start to finish, and everything in between. She listened attentively to my concerns and needs and was very thorough with her primary assessment of my vehicle being there for the very first time. I can only hope this will be just the beginning of a long lasting and trustworthy relationship.

    I had a great experience at puente hills Nissan. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the service they provided. The atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. My vehicle was serviced and return to me in better condition than when I brought it in. It didn’t take long at all for the service to be done, and it was done correctly. I would highly recommend this location to my colleagues and friends. Thank you!

    I applied and was called by many representatives, I advised them of my credit history and no down payment . The assured me they have a program for down payment assistance and all credit was accepted. They said my job was my credit , what a false and misleading statement. I advise them I did not have a way they said if I could find someone to get me down there they will give a gas card, I found someone and the first thing they did was run my credit said I needed a co-signer and that they would email me the gas card which I still hav not gotten which left me unable to offer the person that come over 100 miles away, I asked over and over and I’m still waiting to receive it.

    I went to look for a vehicle worth between 15-20 thousand dollars. They tried to sell me a $40k vehicle. They offered my own vehicle for approximately 1/3 of its value. This is not a problem, exchange is accepted or not. But if a customer is looking for a car in the 15-20k dollar range, and you reduce the customer's credit score from 685 to 600 by trying to sell a 40k dollar car and making heavy inquiries, this is entirely the dealer's problem.

    Myself i had a very bad experience today 11/05/2023 i has sales reps calling me to go down to make a deal, so i went down there and sat for 3 hrs. The dealership advertises your job is your credit well that is a Lie, the first thing the sales Manager and Pit boss did run my credit. for 3 hrs all they kept telling me we will make it happen. well it never happen. i can write more but i am sending a complaint the BBB and Corp of Nissan. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone and the sales Manager Eric or the Pit boss who working today on 11/05/2023 also filing a complaint with the Consumer affairs.

    Terrible customer service within their service department. I got a letter in the mail stating I had a recall on my car. When I tried to book online for it the vin showed no recall so I called the dealership to check. Sure enough there was a recall. I asked if I could come in today. It was only 9am on a Saturday. I was told wow they are way too busy, booked and I can’t get in. So I make an appointment for the following Saturday at 11. I get another call same day around 1pm saying I missed my service and they need to reschedule. I wasn’t aware I had a service since apparently there weren’t any spots open! So disorganized and I will not be going back.

    Eddie from the service center was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done. He was excellent in processing the work and letting me know what the next steps were. The best part about the experience is that he kept me updated on what was being done and when I could expect everything to be finished. I would definitely recommend this Nissan dealership for those that want professional work done in a timely manner. Thank you, Eddie.

    Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I feel comfortable knowing Eddie in the service department is going to take care of my car. He’s professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable so I know any question I have will be answered honestly.. I love coming to this location because everyone is so welcoming and I know I’ll always leave satisfied. Extremely grateful to have found a service department that takes care of their clients.

    Unprofessional, scandalous, and all the negative things you hear about a used car salesperson multiplied by a hundred. During the test drive, the sales lady turned on the AC full blast and I couldn't hear anything else that might be coming from the car. I tried to turn off the AC but she kept saying "I'm hot and turned on the AC full blast again. She kept pushing me towards buying one particular car and got annoyed when I asked about the other cars. By the way on the phone she told me they had a huge inventory of used cars on their lot and when I got there there was barely a handful of used cars. I asked her if I could take a look under the hood and she said "why"? So I wasn't even able to take a look at the engine . During the paper work, she had me sign some blank documents and told me that it was for privacy and not to sell my information and that it will be filled out later. There are other scandalous issues but it will take up too much time and bad memories so I am going to end it here. I'm sooo super happy that I didn't buy a car from them. This dealership will scam you. This place sucks.

    Mayra was great. They fixed my locking horn that hasn't worked for years. They did mess up my shifter but I was able to fix that. (It was already broken.) But other than that it went well. My car drives so much better.

    ***BEWARE*** DONT TRUST THIS PLACE*** This place is sexist against women! Please beware of coming in as a woman with children, Chris Mendez the sales manager will not only waste your time but try to humiliate you in front of not only your kids but the sales associate helping you. I waited 2.5 hours just for Chris to come back to me with a horrible deal. He not only tried to sell me a ugly ‘22 Nissan kick $10k over the blue book value but he insulted me by only offering me $2k for my Nissan maxima with a blue book value of $8k. They dropped my credit score by inquiring with multiple financiers before really trying to find out what was best for me. And What really upset me was when Chris sat down and told me he was able to work out a deal for me to pay $1k a month for car, after I made it very clear that I would not accept any offer where I would be paying more than $400 a month. This place is a joke, supposedly they are under new management but the place is literally the same with even bigger sharks!
