Dr. Chang was so nice and thorough. I was in and out pretty fast, and felt like all my questions and concerns were adressed.

Dr Cindy is amazing!!! She is professional, knowledge and always looks out for her patients. We only visit Target Optical because of Dr Cindy. Otherwise, we would go to the one closer to our house. Dr Cindy makes the drive absolutely worth it.

Dr. Chang was super friendly and really made the exam a breeze! She was very patient with me which I appreciate greatly because I can get flustered. Vanessa helped me out with picking my frames and with my lenses. She was very friendly and she helped me by explaining everything in detail. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I may not have needed. She was great! Overall I'd highly recommend this place and I know I will absolutely be coming back here for eye glass needs I have in the future!

Best eye exam I’ve ever had, could she really cared for my eye health and educating me on how to properly take care of my eyes. They also made sure to get me into the right pair of glasses that I received a week later!
