    My experience with my service advisor Alyssa was excellent overall. However, PS Subaru needs to step up their game and come out to greet their customers as they pull into the service bay, like other reputable auto service centers. It’s a bit of an awkward experience that could use some refinement. Good people in general though.

    John Jackson is the best! What a fantastic experience buying my first car in 25 years. I admit, at first I was nervous and distrustful. John put me right at ease. He was personable, knowledgeable, endlessly patient. He’s a great storyteller, calm and supportive. John made me feel comfortable with what started as a scary, high-stress purchase and ended like a dream with a dream car. I can’t recommend John highly enough.

    I've been taking my 2017 Forrester to PS Subaru since I moved to Palm Desert in 2019. The service dept is always friendly and eager to assist. I mostly make appt easily online but a couple of times gave just stopped in and they never keep me waiting very long. When my service takes several hours they provide a ride home and back so I don't have to wait. I've not had any mechanical "issues" that they haven't taken care of. I really like this place, especially Sarah and Don!!!

    This is my 5th Subaru I have bought from this dealer. I bought all the cars with the help of Csaba Nagy, the salesman. He is a fantastic salesman. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. I highly recommend that you ask for him when getting to the lot. I have also dealt with the general manager Bill Taylor numerous times. I find him to be honest and straightforward, which I appreciate. The dealership is no pressure which I also appreciate. The two men I mentioned earlier have made me go back to this dealership as I feel confident in getting a fair price on a vehicle.

    Great dealership with refreshing customer service experience. From the moment of purchase I have had nothing but kind attentive staff to ensure a seamless process, where I felt heard and not Pressured. They also have a comfortable environment to wait for service of your vehicle. PS Subaru goes above and beyond the typical dealership experience. Making car buying fun again.

    I came into the service department with my check engine light on and no appointment. Bob took care of everything. Bob also has a friendly and engaging personality plus a great sense of humor. Great service.

    I have purchase several vehicles from this dealership and Gilbert has been my sales contact on all of them. He is very professional, friendly and is easy to work with on all my transactions. I am looking forward to working with the service department again, they have always taken good care of me and my family members.
