I came here for a papsmear... what was I thinking?! this place is dirty! disgusting ! the front desk staff the most awkward dude looking female was beyond rude.. she told me because I had private insurance it would cost arms and legs.. priced was wayyy higher than other places but the service? it was so unsanitary looking I just don't feel comfortable getting paps there. I decided to walk out. most wasteful hours of my life. the front desk though... absolutely unprofessional it was so obvious seem very racist towards Asian female. very strange vibe! i don't recommend coming here base on many red flags concerns.

Came for a visit and I honestly thought thru experience this is such a private clinic and seems very organized and the people there are very nice and very great with communication they don't seem to look at you with any judgment and honesty are very nice. I went to a clinic in East Los Angeles a few years back and it was the worst place ever I suggest coming here. It's so much better and private in this location.

Wonderful Workplace in the 1980's and because of my Excellent working partners = Drs. and Nursing staff I have my Miracle Son!!And now A PROUD 👵 GRANDMA!!

I’ve been here a few times and the doctors, nurses, and desk staff are all so friendly and sweet. They were even willing to accommodate to my schedule which I greatly appreciate. The security guard was also very sweet walking me to my car and back to avoid the protestors. As someone who hates going to the doctors I felt very comfortable being there because they are always so kind and professional. They also keep the place very well maintained and clean.

It takes forever for the service, even with appt. The first appt got cancelled because the staff was not showing up. But they did not notify us.

The ladies in the front where rude and not helpful. They were acting like doing their job by helping was frustrating. Other people there were friendly but the ladies in the front taking the info were terrible !

I usually have a really good experience at planned parenthood but the last few I had here were different. The front desk have been rude and act like I’m a nuisance instead of making feel welcome like usual, and the wait time is much longer than other places for refills on birth control. However, The people who work inside are very kind and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place if you are close to a different one, but if this place is all you got, then it’s not the worse experience.

Everyone here was AMAZING. They were all friendly, patient, extremely helpful, and made you very comfortable. The service was so fast, and even if you're a walk-in, they get to you as soon as possible and you never feel neglected. So if you're freaking out about a situation that you're in, just come in here and they'll make you feel so much better and provide multiple ways of how you can deal with your problem. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in birth control, testing, etc.

I come here because there isn’t one closest to me. The area is so sketchy. Not mention that it’s so disgusting inside and looks like they never clean. The people who come are very questionable. Every time I come for a refill on my birth control, they take a whole hour just to bring me three little boxes. Go somewhere else please.
