Me and my boyfriend went on January 1st 2024 just wanting a fun and thrilling time for our 4 year anniversary and just to have an awesome time for new years, but having to spend $120 for that service on how we were treated and for the guy there that worked there seeming like he didn’t even want to be there made it so not too worth it. He kept talking but we had literally no idea what he was saying because of how low he was talking. He never once smiled and made it seem like a hassle. I’m giving it a 3 star because even though he was like that I still tried to make it seem like an exciting time while we were there. It was so uncomfortable of how he was acting. At the end a lady showed up and said it was “okay” for him to go home “and to get some rest.” So obviously she could tell too. Make sure that when you show up to work you show people compassion & kindness. He had black hair (don’t remember the name)

Sahil (unsure of spelling, sorry!) was a great guide, gave clear and quick instructions, and set us up nicely. This is my second time here and it’s always so much fun. Depending on the game, you’ll leave exhausted. Guns are easier than melee weapons for sure. Dress comfy and cool, bring water if you scream a lot 🙈😂

Ashley & Geraldine were amazing !! So nice friendly & funny. The game deadwood valley is so much fun. We ALMOST saved the professor 😂. Thank you Derek for the amazing videos for memories.

Loved it! Was skeptical at first as past VR experiences were glitchy and had poor quality. But, the quality and realism were top notch here! Our guide Cat at the Woodland Hills location was AMAZING. Her attention to detail was flawless, as she got great photos of us and even surprised us with a birthday song at the end of our session for my my fiance's birthday. It can be a bit pricey. But, for the quality and overall experience, I can overlook the cost.

FIRST TIME VR EVER AND IT WAS A DOPE EXPERIENCE AS A DAILY GAMER OUTSIDE OF VR. Nano was our first helper and was an awesome starting help explaining everything to us! Derek helped us as we finished and definitely had us feel welcomed! Definitely going to come again for deadwood and a bigger party!!

First timer at any VR experience and I must say it was incredible! Definitely will come back. Squid Games was the choice of game for the night - had to take the opportunity to try out being in squid games and it was just overall extremely fun! Thanks to you Nano & Derek for their incredible customer service!

Deadwood was great! Tons of fun. We also did a fantasy adventure that was good. Definitely an experience to try. Ashley S. was a wonderful host. Professional, upbeat, and pleasant.

Absolutely so much fun!! This was my first time going and I was a little worried because some reviews said they weren’t given much instruction but Orion was so sweet and talkative and made the Experience smooth and positive. Thank you!!

Ashley S and Andrew were very helpful in getting geared up and explaining the rules. When one of us needed assistance, they were able to pause the game and assist us quickly. The entire squid game VR was very cool! A great workout. Definitely recommend wear workout clothes.

Kat was a great host, she was patient with us since it was our first time. We had a group of 5 and it was so much fun. We did the zombie game- Deadwood Valley. Definitely recommend to do it. That was my workout for today, phew 😮‍💨

FUN FUN FUN!!!! I love how fun it actually was. My wife and I went in to check out the place and all I can say is it was FUN, good times, and great laughs. Thank you to Michael for explaining all the rules and how not to bump into another or the wall hahaha. Also thank you to (I’m sorry if I misspell your name) Orion she’s the young lady that helped us in case we had any issues with the headset!

Had so much fun but also truly fighting for my life left and right. If you want to face your fears and slash traumas, this would be a fun immersive way to do it. So many thanks to Josh and Kat for their help and emotional support <3

This was so much fun! Never had myself and boyfriend gone to a VR experience, and this was a great intro to them! The place was nice and clean, that staff was really helpful and sweet. Derek was awesome welcoming us into the place and getting us settled for our game and Geraldine kindly helped us once we finished the game. Definitely coming back but with a bigger group!

Booked for 12 yo birthday party, the kids had a blast (and survived the zombie apocalypse)! Derek did an AWESOME job with the set up and making sure everything was taken care of. The gear was clean and totally dialed in. We’ll be back to try other experiences!

My friends and I recently had a fantastic experience with the Star Trek Discovery away mission. It was as if we were completely immersed in the world of Star Trek. Josh, who assisted us, was very kind, patient, and accommodating, which improved our overall experience. We all plan to attend again in the future. I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find parking.

SO SO SO FUN! Annihilated Dead Wood Mansion with a group of 4 friends! Very clean space, thorough instructions & staff. Kat & Geraldine were kind, friendly & helpful. Great time for a birthday or event with friends or family. Well worth the money & definitely will be back! (PS you will be sweaty afterwards lol!)
