We just got home from a fantastic experience at Trapped. We did the Z-13 room in a group of 4 (two adults and two teenagers). It turned out to be a little bit of a challenge, but doable with the help of our Puzzle Master Andrew. The staff is very friendly and we can’t wait to fill up our punch card and complete the other rooms.

Last week I played Pandora's Box at the San Dimas location of Trapped. As a player who has done hundreds of rooms I can confidently say this is one of the best, most unique, and most innovative games I have ever played. The game has atmospheric effects that I haven't seen anywhere else and a really nice cadence of puzzles that meet the high criteria of both being fair but making you feel good/mentally taxed when solving them. Pandora's Box is an absolute must play for escapers of all experience levels and I am extremely grateful to Richard and his staff for making such an amazing experience possible.

Completed the Grandma Surprise Room with my two kids (10 & 8) with seconds to spare. It was amazing! Loved that it’s more than one room and the puzzles were all fun and not too hard, makes you think in a good way! Can’t wait to try another room!

I am the general manager of another escape room and Trapped has by far some of the best rooms I've been able to experience. Great puzzles, great looking rooms, great game masters. Looking forward to doing every room they have. 3 down!

We loved the rooms and interaction with the game masters. Trapped! is by far our favorite escape room company. My family of four have enjoyed and escaped from all of their rooms in both Upland and San Dimas and we are eagerly awaiting their newest upcoming Merlin room. Highly recommend for unique rooms and puzzles.

We booked the X-13 + the Party Room for a group of 11 year olds. The booking was easy and straightforward with their event coordinator. They did suggest having 1-2 adults in the room with the kids to keep them on task and assist with clues which we happily did. Upon arriving Muse greeted us and wait for our entire group to arrive before starting the rules and game. Muse was an extraordinary character and really did a good job getting the group amped and ready to go. The room or should I say rooms were all very well designed. I won't say anymore but the kids and adults had a great time with some challenging puzzles and good clues. I would recommend X-13 to anyone looking for a medium difficulty escape room. The party room afterwards was clean with comfy chairs, plenty of seating, nice tablecloths, games and TV for streaming that was easy to use. Totally perfect for a birthday party! Thanks Trapped!

I took some of my family here for my little brothers birthday yesterday and we had a blast! We did Pandora's box and it was very neat. The guy that was assigned to us, I believe his name was Jared(?), was great! Apparently it was his first day but nonetheless, he was a great addition to the whole experience. I will definitely come back and do another room in the future. Thank you!

Muse, our guide, was excellent. She has provided useful but not too obvious hints so that we can continue to enjoy solving it ourselves. We played and completed the X-13 escape room. The clues and puzzles were very immersive and didn't feel forced within the theme, and our guide never broke character until the room was finished.

We did grandma's surprise, and had a great time! Our game master was Lauren, and she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and funny, really good at her job. Had a great time, would definitely come again.

All of the staff was very fun and lively from the moment we walked through the door. It was lots of fun and a great experience!! We will definitely go back soon to experience the other rooms.
