I have had to utilize the services of Fast Fix a few times now and they have been amazing! My jewelry was fixed quickly and efficiently. The amount of time it took for the repair was so convenient! I highly recommend Fast Fix for both jewelry and watch repair.

RIP-OFF. BEWARE Today at 3:30pm I went in with my own spare battery in hand to have the battery replaced in my gold wristwatch which I've owned 25+ years. I've had this service done countless times in the time I've owned the watch. The gentleman quoted me $45. FOURTY-FIVE DOLLARS. To pop-in MY OWN BATTERY. I left. Right down Hwy 111 in Palm Springs, the nice jeweler there (next to VONS) did it for $10. It took 10 minutes. Does not require great skill. Ridiculous. Any jeweler that will rip off a customer is NOT TO BE TRUSTED

They changed the watch battery like I requested. Nothing special. But, the last shop I went to cleaned up the metal band and set the time, date, and day on the watch. They went above and beyond! That’s why this shop only gets a 3 star review.

I was shocked to find out that a 1 year watch battery was 24.95 and 29.95 for 5yr. It’s not worth it now when I only paid $50 for my watch. To expensive. I’ll just get a new watch. Service is ALWAYS excellent.

Amazing! Brought my wedding ring for sizing and 45 minutes later it was slipped back on my finger by my husband of 26 years. Priceless!!!

Sized my ring from a 7 to a 5.5 and had it back on my hand in 40 minutes. Everywhere else wanted to send it out to be sized. And it came back cleaner and more sparkly than when I first got it.

Went to get my diamond engagement ring resized and the owner was extremely helpful and informative. Dropped off my ring and got it back within an hour for a very reasonable price. Other places I checked were going to take a few weeks, which made me anxious to be without my ring for that long. Would recommend.

It was the most courteous place I have went to in a long time it reminded me of how people are when they really like what they’re doing the woman that helped was very knowledgeable gave us times and got finished faster than she even thought the worker main guy was amazing and kind I love the fact that she complemented my watch I saw her working with the other customers and she was just is caring to all of them she gives us times and effort that made it worthwhile the prices are amazing as well

When I went to pay for my watch battery the person said it was free, under warranty. I didn't know that. He could have charged me. I appreciate his honesty.

Drop off opinion-Jeweler was very polite. Shop was clean. I was shocked at the repair price of my ring. Final review will be after I receive my Rings work completed. I drove an hour to uses the shop.

They do very good work , and are efficient…. BUT whatever you do - DO NOT LOSE THE LITTLE BLUE TICKET , when you come to pick up your items - or be ready to be scolded like a 4yr old…. You have been warned !

This shop was fabulous!!! I'm in Palm Desert, Day 2, from Massachusetts for the winter. Yesterday I dropped my Concord watch and the crystal broke. I did a bit of Internet research on getting it fixed and Fast Fix seemed like a good bet. I was a tad nervous but when you're not on your home turf one must take chances. I was so NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The shop was busy, 3 people ahead of me, but the repairs were completed and I was in and out in 15 or so minutes. The gentleman who took care of me was empathetic, knowledgeable about his craft and very personable. At the start of my conversation we talked about the repair and I asked, How much? Apparently he said $30. I say apparently because when he gave me back the watch I asked, How much was that again, did you say $28? He responded, close enough. I was confused and said, "close enough? Seriously- what do I owe you?" He said $28. When we got outside my partner asked me why did I chisel him of $2? He told you it was $30. I felt like a putz and will return tomorrow to give him the other $2. All that said, you won't go wrong here.... It was a great experience.

Jewelry repairer was very helpful. He was able to replace my necklace clasp With a magnetic one that is easy to use. Service was quick and friendly. He repaired the clasp And another piece of jewelry right away. I was able to pick up my items after a short time I was shopping at the mall.

We stopped into the mall and got a watch battery changed and a jewelry repair today 10-6-22. The service was fast and perfectly done. I brought my engagement ring here to be resized and to have a bezel added to the stone which would remove the prongs. This is a 14ct WHITE gold ring with a 8mm by 6mm sapphire rated at 1.33ct. The bezel that was installed was not made by this jeweler, but was pre purchased. The bezel covers the stone all the way to the plateau and covered more than 2mm of width and 1mm of length which significantly reduced the light transmission within the stone. When Roberto quoted the fix, he said it would be a thin bezel and would be the same color as the ring. As you can see by the pictures, the bezel is yellow gold and does not match the color of the rest of the ring. The order was also to reduce the size of the ring by a 1/2 size. The size was the ONLY thing he got right. Except, he did not fix the Rhodium coating on the band and now that looks like yellow gold now, and is no longer white in color. My fiance picked the ring up today and is extremely unhappy with the results. When Roberto was asked to fix the issues, he was extremely rude and refused to help us further unless we paid the same fees again that we paid to have the original work done. We are extremely unhappy with the quality of work and horrendous customer service provided at this store. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not use this place at all if you value your possessions. The ring was taken to 2 other jewelers who are unsure if this ring can even be fixed at all.
