If charcoal flavored wings are your favorite, then this is the place :)

The service is only good at Hooligans if your are white and love to drink liquor. If you are African American and just want to get a decent take out meal. You are always ignored. Even when they are not busy. Today was my last attempt at getting service from the place.

We stopped by for Thursday night trivia and enjoyed a couple of appetizers and some drinks while we played. We tried the Jerked Chicken Flatbread and the Sausage Plate, and both were satisfying. We definitely want to go back and check out some of the delicious sounding entrees that were suggested. After additional visits, we've decided to re-review this establishment and based on their food 3 stars seems more appropriate. We wouldn't recommend a stop here for anything more than just a beer with friends or to catch a game/event on tv. The food is "freezer section" quality at best and very inconsistent.

Walked in for lunch at 12:45 on a Thursday. Couldn’t get anyone to actually sit me down at a table. Went to the bartender, who made eye contact with me and then proceeded to continue his conversation with someone else. Ended up walking out. Lots of better restaurants around here anyways. Don’t waste your time here.

Waited 30 minutes on the patio…….. There were TWO other tables out there and when a waitress finally came out… she only went to those two tables and COMPLETELY disregarded us ……. I was hoping to make this a regular place to enjoy …. But I will NEVER be returning

Three people at the bar, I sit down to try to get some chicken wings and a drink. Somehow it took 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge my existence. I order a drink and proceed to sit around for another 15 minutes waiting to order food. They weren’t really all that busy. I paid for my drink and left. I don’t know maybe it’s a thing where they have regulars that they pay attention to and everyone else Hass to beg for Service? I don’t know. But I won’t be coming back

Ordered through uber eats. Not only did they forget my side, but the philly i recieved has barely any filling in it. Its almost all breas. Do not visit or order from them.

Good Value for The Food! Plenty of choices to make sure almost anyone can find some good food to appease their appetite. Servers are extremely overwhelmed but taking care of business. Please treat them fairly or you will be looking for a new place. Outside smokers were asked to leave BC the cigar smoke was entering the building - yet there are ash trays outside on all the tables. OVERALL - THIS PLACE IS WORTH YOUR TIME/MONEY

First visit as over from Birmingham England. Loved it. Great food. & beer. Went to watch Atlanta United game. Many screens & great service

The best tavern in Roswell. The staff is friendly and remembers people's names. That's unheard of in today's society! The tavern also has amazing food. I recommend the Texas Fajitas.

My bartender Monica was excellent. They have the premier league and other soccer available. Only con was I was freezing inside but thats only a minor inconvenience.

Came in to try at 11:31. Sign says seat yourself. Sat at a booth. Left at 11:39. Nobody acknowledged my presence or came over to take my order. Appeared there was a bartender up at the bar but nobody else. I guess this place is for regulars who want to sit at the bar and not interested in new customers. Well bye then. Lost a potential customer. Why would I go back after that disrespect?

I’ve always had the best service here not sure why there’s any negative reviews. The bartenders always bring you another drink before you can finish, the service is almost too good. Never say at a table before though just bar area.

Just your average run if the mill bar or tavern, not really anything exciting about this place, food is ok, but not great, the beer or wine selection isn't that good either, servers are good but the bartenders need a lesson in good manners. Not very impressed with this establishment.

I had the starter of the sausage & onions. Excellent taste with good sized portion. Great service.

Wanted to try this place as. I like sports bars and wings, but got a really sketchy vibe here. Just another place where the bartenders don't want to work. However, there were some shady dudes walking around staring at customers and seeming kind of hostile. I was here on a Mon night. Strange experience. Perhaps another night is better.

The wings are very good. Fried and then laid on a grill. They're crispy and have a tiny bit of grill char on them. Our new favorites. Otherwise, it's a pretty generic sports bar environment, but it's well taken care of, and the service is good. We'll absolutely be back.

Love coming to hoolies! The bartenders are so kind and personable. They always take great care of my friends and I. The food is great bar food, trivia and sports are always a hit, and drinks are poured right! Hooligans is the best :-)

Had the air conditioning on when it is 40 degrees outside and nighttime and although many tables asked them to turn it down, they couldn't do anything about it. Our entire party had to wear jackets the whole night because it was so uncomfortable. I guess they don't care about the comfort of their patrons. Honestly, service was great and food was great, and this was just such a dumb issue that they didn't seem to care about.

Hooligans has a great atmosphere, very friendly and down to earth staff and their food selection is really good. There are games always on and it’s a pretty chill environment. I highly recommend their wings! They also have a pretty good selection of beers on tap.

This is one of the worst restaurants in Roswell area. My friend and I were Racially profiled, called names, cursed at and had the police called on us for simply being black. Melanie is the name of the bartender responsible our terrible experience. Melanie is very rude; not only was she disrespectful to us, but she was also rude and disrespectful kitchen manager as well. She cursed and yelled at him in-front of us and other customers. Melanie should not work in the service industry. My friend and I were there to pick up our own DoorDash order and were advised that someone else had picked up our order. As we were trying to figure out the solution with the kitchen manager Melanie approached us from the bar wanting us to leave, instructing us to go solve our issues outside. Before we could explain ourselves fully to her she cursed us out, called my friend and I Cobwebs then called the cops. When the Cops arrived they said we had not done anything wrong. We returned home with No food and a the worst and scariest experience.

Sat at the bar because the tables were full. This place has No female customers. Food was good, I loved the Cajun Chicken Pasta, & Kristie liked the Country Fried Chicken. I didn't care for the vibe though, & the service was "just" okay. I might give it another chance.

Plenty of screens to watch your favorite team... variety of ales, beers, lager. Food is perfect. Chicken Parm dinner huge always doggy bag. Salmon dinner perfect can't make it at home for the price (veg's, potatoes in of your choice). Excellent pub basics and appetizers. The staff is the real draw here! You're greeted as family, fast service, go out of their way to please. AND THURSDAY NITE the best most fun trivia in town..don't need a group..just play along..credits for food for the winners. ALL GOOD HAPPY FUN.

The food and atmosphere are great. Thursday night trivia is a fun time. Make sure to get there early for a table on trivia night.The staff are friendly.

Standard local bar and grill. Lots of screens if you enjoy sports. Pretty quiet on a Tuesday evening.

Very open restaurant. Our server wasn't the liveliest, but we enjoyed ourselves. Food is ok, pretty standard bar food.

Let me just say there’s really nothing too special bout this place. But it means as much to me and friends as the drunkin calm means to family guy. The wings are 20/10 tho I’ll say they might have the best wings in atl. Burgers aren’t the best the atmosphere is great, and the trivia is damn near impossible to win if ur under the age of 70 but hooligans is a classic

Wasn't wild about the live music they had but the food was great. Wait staff were excellent and they're generous on the pour if you get a mixed drink. I'll be back.

The customer service here is amazing! I couldn't be in town when my cousin moved in nearby. I called the tavern and purchased a gift card over the phone. Melanie offered to hand deliver the card the following day on her way to work. My cousin was overjoyed! I am so thankful to Melanie for making her feel welcome in her new neighborhood.

So far, so so good. Stopped in after work, had a beer. No complaints.

Food was good, I sat at the bar and the bartender was great. I can't remember her name but she will make sure you are happy with your drinks, not many bartenders do that nowadays. She was busy taking drinks to tables and she still managed to take my order and the person next to me and bring the drinks out pretty quickly. I'll recommend checking them out.

We just moved to the area and went here for a late night bite to eat. We sat at a table and had phenomenal service and food! We'll be here a lot more often.

We ordered the grilled salmon and shrimp alfredo and a 10pc lemon pepper wings with fries. The salmon was incredibly dry, the broccoli tasted freezer burned, and my mashed potatoes had a hair in them! The lemon pepper wings were even worse! They tasted charred and as if someone poured season salt and lemon juice on them. The fries were overcooked and dry with no salt on them. Overall, we were really looking forward to trying this place out, but we will not be ordering here again. The food was not edible.
