The store is very clean and well run. It appeared to have good moral and friendly personnel.

Don’t bother. Every time I try to give this location another chance they just messed the food up. I ordered the French dip today and received a cup of hot water. The roast beef is dry and the fries are cold. Better off driving to Chesapeake if you actually want real arbys.

Rude manager that doesn't know how to treat customers when he got the order wrong. Went back in for the fries, I ordered a number 14 and said a I wanted, plus just the sandwich for another item and 1 apple turn over, I got 2 sandwich a drink and 2 apple turnovers plus he never gave me my change back. Absolutely horrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

This Arby’s is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, fast, and fresh. Other times it seems dated and the service isn’t friendly. It all depends on the day. Prepare for long lines at the drive through with confusing traffic patterns.

I would have rather had a lil mayo with my sandwich rather than have chicken with my mayo! This is absolutely ridiculous. Only thing I said was no tomato. Didn't think that equated to 4x the mayo. Money wasted today. Shame on you sandwich maker

20 bucks for two beef'n'cheddar meals with small drink and curly fries with side of dipping sauce (au jus). Bread was stale and curly fries were cold (they just opened too). I will return in 10 years when inflation matches their current prices.

Severely understaffed, had to wait 10-15 mins just to get my order taken and another 15 to get it cuz I already paid lol wihat the world

Following the rest of the reviews, I can’t get a correct order after the third try. All I ask for is no tomato on my ham and turkey club, not only is the tomato still on the sandwich but it’s not even cut in half. My initial option they didn’t even have the meat for it, so much for their slogan. Zero effort to hear the customer, I’m done with this place.
