Overrated;
terrible
service.
This
property
does
not
grant
typical
loyalty
benefits
for
Bonvoy
status
-
it’s
a
time
share
property
not
a
regular
Marriott.
The
focus
at
check
in
is
not
related
to
the
guest’s
needs;
instead,
they
are
focused
on,
and
almost
obsessed
with,
scheduling
you
for
a
timeshare
pitch.
Our
room
was
supposed
to
be
cleaned
weekly
but
was
not.
I
had
to
call
multiple
times
to
get
the
room
cleaned,
and
was
warned
there
would
be
a
charge
to
change
the
sheets.
What
type
of
hotel
charges
you
for
fresh
sheets
once
a
week?
I
rented
bicycles
and
one
bike
was
not
working
properly
(brake
pad
was
out
of
alignment
and
hitting
the
rim
and
dangerously
close
to
the
spokes).
When
I
returned
the
bike
and
expressed
my
concern,
the
employee
smirked
and
said
the
bike
was
fine,
showing
no
concern
that
someone
could
get
hurt
on
the
bike.
I
want
to
ensure
this
review
documents
their
indifference
and
negligence
in
case
something
happens
in
the
future.
We
were
also
promised
a
gift
for
attending
a
time
share
presentation.
When
we
went
to
check
out,
the
front
desk
associate
looked
at
me
like
I
was
crazy
and
said
he
did
not
know
how
to
find
that
or
give
us
the
credit.
We
did
not
receive
the
gift.
Overall,
the
front
desk
staff
had
a
sour,
indifferent
demeanor.
It
was
one
of
the
least
comfortable
interactions
I’ve
ever
had
at
a
hotel
(with
the
exception
of
Braedon,
who
clearly
cared).
When
I
needed
help
to
have
something
printed,
two
separate
employees
told
me
they
couldn’t
help
and
that
I
should
just
use
the
business
center.
Reasonable,
but
the
absence
of
hospitality
made
me
dread
interactions
with
them,
like
I
was
such
a
bother.
On
the
positive,
the
rooms
are
nice.
The
gym
is
okay.
We
didn’t
try
out
the
pool
or
other
amenities.
The
hotel
is
nicer
than
many
in
town,
but
definitely
not
one
of
the
best
and
I
would
not
return.
The
Lodge
and
Inn
are
both
better
properties.
If
you
have
kids,
it’s
not
a
bad
option
if
you
want
an
alternative
to
the
Great
Wolf.
