Cleaning and X-rays were $500. Apparently out of network which was not discussed prior so insurance only covers 50%. Asinine. I was told by the receptionist that they would be able to fix my filling at this appointment. This was incorrect as the doctor had already gone home for the day and I was told that receptionist was likely let go recently. The morning of my second appointment (7am call for a 9am appointment) for a lost filling and cavity causing me pain, the current receptionist told me they had an emergency and that I would have to reschedule after waiting two weeks already. When I told her I was in pain and couldn’t wait, she told me with quite an attitude that I could come in for my scheduled appointment and they would “fix what they had time for.” When I arrived the receptionist was cold and short and the huge tidy sitting next to her (that had done my cleaning two weeks prior) would not make eye contact with me and was quite literally spinning around in her chair. Unimpressive caddy and petty. The doctor did all the work I needed done but the receptionist and hygienist need a serious adjustment for the business to be successful. Most people walk into dentist office already having anxiety and don’t need the addition stress of these rude women. Still waiting on the procedure bill, I’m sure it will be astronomical.

I absolutely love Dr. Heller. She is an amazing dentist and a great person. Very thoughtful, always listens and explains things easily. I have been a patient of hers for many years and have never seen her without a smile on her face!! She has very professional and friendly staff members as well, everyone is great.

Everyone there is so friendly and thorough. I like to know what's going on and why certain things are being done and they take time to explain all of that. Dr. Heller is incredibly gentle on the teeth and kind in spirit! Not to mention the office is so clean and very chic on the inside! They are taking covid-19 very seriously which I appreciate especially in a place like a dentist office.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is amazing and friendly. Doctor Heller has the gentlest touch and cares so much about each patient! Everyone is very helpful and answers every question—I knew what to expect the entire time. Not to mention this is the most beautiful dentist office I have ever seen!

The best Dentist around and I've tried them all. Such a friendly staff. The workmanship is exceptional and the prices are affordable all around. They are SO gentle with the latest equipment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heller and her staff! First, the office is exquisitely beautiful, as well as modern and cleanly— something you definitely want in a dentist’s office! Second, as someone who is extremely naturally-minded when it comes to health, Dr. Heller and her staff have been so respectful and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. They’ve answered any and all of my questions in a kind and patient manner. I’m a strong believer in the American Medical Association’s philosophy of “patients have the right to receive information and ask questions about recommended treatments so that they can make well-considered decisions about care.” It’s rare to find doctors who respect that philosophy in today’s world— and Dr. Heller and her staff are the exception. They truly embrace this standard of practice and want their patients to feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this practice and am so thankful for them!

BEWARE! When I called to set up an appointment they took all my information and even my dental insurance and did not inform me that the only dental insurance they take is delta dental but you pay for the services that day and have to fight for your money back from the dental insurance. No wonder their office is so fancy it's meant for wealthy people
