This place is still a 5-star after 3+ years coming here. Tonight's meal was the fajitas quesadilla. Great choice.

My family of 4 went there for dinner last night, what a joke. The salsa was bland. Me and my husband speak Spanish, and we heard what the waiters were saying. They called us gross, came to our table and asked my husband if I needed more tequila! And then said in Español that my son was 15! My mijo is 13 and we know what you're saying! They brought our food out and then my husband had to wait 15 minutes for his food he asked for Verde and he got rojo. It was so spicy it was disgusting. We are never coming back. We've been coming for years. I'm sick of you snobby staff.

Was told to seat ourselves, ordered pretty soon after we sat down. Waited about an hour to be served, 3 of us ordered 3 meals together we received 2 of the wrong meals and the 3rd never arrived. The meals were not good at all, maybe something out of a microwave. Server just apologized then stared at us for a while then walked away.

Very good salsa and chips. Eaten there. Many times always enjoyed their food.

Somberito is always a great experience. The food is fantastic and it is the only Mexican restaurant I know of that serves horchata. My family and I always love going there and leave completely full at a reasonable price. Four adults can get their fill for less than $70.00. Great place!

We went for my friends birthday and we had the best time of our life. The staff, and I mean the staff, from the bus boys to the management, made our night very special, it's not a dinner that will not be soon forgotten, especially since we videoed it on our phones. If you have a birthday coming up, I/we recommend that you have your birthday meal here.

We have gone a few times now and I have to say the food is awesome. Great prices with good sized portions. Super friendly staff as well. Pro tip: they put on a pretty good show for birthdays. I’ll just leave it at that.

The food is always great here! The staff is nice and always attentive, even when they're busy. We ordered carry-out this (Friday) evening and our "fajitas for two" was ready within 15 minutes. The portions were generous, they packed it up with a bunch of fresh chips and the BEST house salsa around. We ordered a a half gallon of their delicious margaritas to go; which was nicely bottled up (2). Even their take-out bags are nice. Lol Two thumbs up, for sure!

Casual atmosphere, super friendly staff. Quality is consistent here. My 5 year old son asks to eat here every week. Taquitos Mexicanos is my new go to, just go, you won't regret it!

Really enjoy this restaurant. We choose it often in a pinch for fast food , even dining in. They are so fast and every thing is always so good. Their servers are wonderful!

Good Mexican option. Good food, service, price. Going on Cinco de Mayo expect to wait. Believe see the whole family working this place. Good option for dinner.

Best place in the area. Staff is really great! Así for the Tacos de Asada with Limes. They are perfect.

Awesome food. So many choices - It took me like 15 minutes to pick something! I apologize for the half eaten photo... we got half way though our plates and wanted to post about how fantastic it was!

I'd like to give 3-4 stars on the food, as the food was pretty good. However, the service was probably the worst we've experienced! My Husband and I went last night, for the 1st time. Just to explain, we love trying new restaurants and all the different foods they have to offer. So with Mexican food, we typically get an appetizer, a few tacos each and our favorite entree. Fajita's are easy to heat up, so that's what I got, as most of this went for my lunch today. The problem was, the server (older man with a blue shirt) was rude and barely spoke a word from the moment he asked us what we wanted to drink (2 Pepsi's). When he took our order, he was rushing us, as if we were done with ordering an appetizer (Nachos - which didn't come until the meal was served). When we completed our order (Nachos, 3 tacos each, beef chimichanga entree & texas fajita's), he started chuckling saying, "this all for just you two?". We know it seems like a lot and laughed saying, "Yeah, but we like to try new places and have some for lunch the next day". He continued to laugh and share his thoughts with another co-worker and they both kept watching our table to see if we would eat it all, I'm assuming. In the meantime, he chatted up fondly with the other customers. We barely got a thanks when we left..... Very disappointing service! He made us feel unwelcome and out of place! We will not be back!

4 of us thought we'd try Sombrerito, it's been a few years since we've been there. Mexican food is not my go to food, but this was delicious. All of us tried something different and we all enjoyed the supper. Service was good, the food came out nice and hot so we will make it a point to go back.

Best Mexican restaurant around these parts and also some great salsa & guacamole to go with near perfect chips. I’m all in on this place and their place over on Riverside drive.

Food was delicious and service was great. I only wish rice came with the Texas fajitas that I ordered cost $15. When I asked if rice came with meal they said no but I could order a side of rice. For the price for this plate it should be included.

I just love the gorgeous carved wood furniture and the people are just amazing. Best shrimp nachos ever! I love to dine in (the queso is perfection) and to order carry out when i don't have time to sit. Always such a treat!

Fantastic authentic Mexican food that filled us up. Margaritas were excellent and so delicious. Enchiladas were perfect and the red sauce wad the best I've ever had, not too overpowering. We got guacamole with everything which i can tell is made with love. They offered outside seating, inside has beautiful atmosphere with well painted furniture. Super friendly and attentive staff. Reasonably priced food as well for how well it's made. Will definitely have to come back with the family next time.

This is my all time favorite place to take my family they are always so nice and caring and helpful. 100% recommend!!! Usually cost us 75-110 but we have a family of six and we order anything we want lol with usually three take home boxes left over lol

I haven’t been here in years but came today and it was excellent

It's a small place, with the tables packed a little tight inside, but they have a large bar and a full menu. The carne asada tacos looked sparse and dry at first, but they were actually packed with flavor and the steak strips were good and tender. We started our meal with the chori queso, which was loaded with chorizo without getting too greasy and runny.
