Accessible rooms provide the finest in design and product. Highly recommended for wheelchair or powered chair. Peep hole to the hall at handle height. Lowered second security latch. Adjustable wheeled table. Multiple bars throughout the large bathroom. Wall mounted swing bath seat. Very, very well designed.

Great stay, beautiful, modern and clean hotel. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. My only problem was that they didn't make the beds for our second night. I don't know if this is a new thing with hotels as it happens to me at another hotel before. The rest was all good. The location was perfect for me as I was looking at some interest of mine in the area, but if you are going to downtown Oklahoma it may be a bit far.

Arrived on short notice. Thank God for Shelby for making a good end to a hectic day! We needed a crib, she brought it to us! We forgot a toothbrush and she got that to us too! She mentioned she was new, but was extremely professional. Will stay again. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and front desk was AMAZING!

Not returning I was promised by Shelby I was to be charged for one night. In the end they did not follow through. The toilet clogged with little toilet paper placed. There is only one attendant on every shift. The room was not clean when I arrived. When I asked for it to be cleaned, they only changed the linens. I was very disappointed with the quality of service. The only positive about this location is the gentleman named Derrick I believe. Tall black or Hispanic male. I shouldn't have been promised for a one night stay and then not receive the compensation as promised by Shelby. I wish I took a picture of the nasty goo on the wall to the right when entering.

The most COMFY beds we’ve ever slept in of any hotel! Super clean hotel, quality bedding and pillows. Great management and would put it against any top name hotel.

The experience was damaging enough to where I have lost confidence in the brand. The room was dirty. Beds were made and waste baskets had new trash bags in them. However, further examination showed that sheets were not clean and mattress cover had enough questionable organic debris to elicit a closer look at the room. Upon doing so, found a nail on the floor, old food all over the room's floor, and someone's dirty clothes in the closet cabinet, removing all doubt regarding the state of cleanliness of your hotel, especially considering the level of supposed cleanliness you claim to practice in times of growing covid and monkey pox cases. I don't know how you will regain my business considering that when I left and booked in a nearby hotel and commented on the situation - without naming your hotel - they said " let me guess" and guessed correctly, stating I had "no idea how many times they have heard similar stories about your hotel." For the sake of your brand and commitment to the communities at large, do better and adhere to your IHG clean premise where "guests are reassured that: Good isn’t good enough – we’re committed to high levels of cleanliness. That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards. If this isn’t what you find when you check-in then we promise to make it right." Make it right!

We loved our stay! Great rooms, excellent service and so many restaurants near by that we will have to stay again and explore. And they have Turkey sausage. Great job!

Front desk folks were very friendly and efficient, hotel was extremely clean, bed and pillows nicely laundered and comfy! Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Most certainly will stay again! Great value!

The hotel is Great. The staff is outstanding! Room was nice and the staff was accommodating to everything we needed. We were traveling with family and the hotel treated us as family. Thank you very much!

Room was clean. Breakfast was better than usual at a holiday inn express. It was one of the best showers I've ever taken. Bed was good.

I gave a star for its cleanleness and a star for the really good breakfast. But other than that. i had some of the worst night's I've ever had. The mattress was horrible. It was like a foam mattress that was old and had started to dry up. Very hard and saggy. We had a king but couldn't keep from rolling into one another. Maybe other rooms have better mattresses but you don't want room 315.

I stayed in room 603. It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. My mattress was not uncomfortable. I thought I'd mention that because older reviews offered complaints about mattresses. But overall, my stay was great. There was one employee who didn't meet the mark, but rather than giving a low review for him, I'll mention it tomorrow, upon checkout. I'll stay here, again.

We were greeted by the most hospitable and friendly front desk person named Allen. He made our stay wonderful. Our room was clean and the workout room very nice.

Great room. Started at this location a few times and very good experiences. One room had a noise issue with the Ac/heater otherwise all good experiences. Easy access to I35, food and shopping in Moore and Norman OK.

Was a nice location and place to stay! Very clean and well kept. It also seemed to be newly decorated and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was also pretty good!

The most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. This hotel is conveniently located, the staff is amazing, breakfast is great and the hotel is quiet. The air conditioning works well and runs nearly silently. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it.
