They are nice I went to check Jefferson dental looking for a new dentist. BUT I went with my minor son for our regular check up and cleaning while I was checking in they took him first without asking me and started to do panoramic x rays and I told them to check with my insurance first well sure enough my insurance didn't cover it and they bill me for it they ended up adjusting most of the bill but I still paid $20 just before they sent my bill to collections and I shouldn't have regular teeth cleaning and check up is a 100% cover by insurance. Also they cleaned my teeth and the doctor never came to do the check up. Just a negative experience they should be more organized. Other than that I liked the place I just won't go back due to this experience with them.

8/18/2023 update: STILL ZERO contact from the Jefferson group. The regional manager and accounting were supposed to call me, what a joke! This company STILL sucks!!! Their Google responses are auto generated, and the number they provide is just a call center that also refuses to help you! Please read the reviews. They are not wrong. While they are "nice," they are liars and truly do not care. Customer satisfaction is NOT a priority to this location. After being told by multiple employees that since we didn't have insurance, we would pay $29 initially, then 50% off of any services. They refused to honor that. Dr. Mattie Eddleman flat out told my husband she didn't want to do the extraction because she doesn't like doing them. He opted for the service anyway because of the excruciating pain he's in. Well, 2 hours later, still no extraction, and he's in excruciating pain. Now we have to wait 90 days to get his tooth pulled because they claim it takes 90 days to process refunds. What a joke, I'm an accountant and know this to be false with any company! Yessenia, in the billing, just kept lying and truly had no idea how to do her job. My husband specifically asked if the price was around $150, and she said yes. Yet, she turned around and charged me $312. And, was absolutely not apologetic what so ever, just argumentative, when I brought it to her attention. She kept saying she had no idea what I was talking about. If you don't know your job, maybe you shouldn't be in that position. Or before giving false information, ask someone who would know. She truly is not an asset to your company.

Love Jefferson in Moore, took me along time to go due to bad past experiences at other places but Jefferson has totally changed my outlook. They are so nice and welcoming, and when procedures are being done the dentist checks to make sure I'm always doing okay. If something gets denied by insurance they get to the bottom of it to figure out why and fixes the problem, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them! Would 100% recommend Jefferson

I haven’t seen a dentist in over 10 years as I have had many traumatic experiences. I went with my adult son in for an achy broken tooth just so I could meet the staff and see if I would feel comfortable being there. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. The dentist herself was patient and friendly, answered any questions I had and understood my nervousness once I told her of my past issues. I think I finally found a dentist that won’t make me feel embarrassed about my dental issues!

I woke up with extreme pain and everywhere I called could not get me in till a week or month later. Jefferson Dental got me in the same day and had me out within an hour. The staff was super friendly and made sure I understood everything that was told to me regarding my insurance and dental work I would need done. Highly recommend anyone needing dental work done to get it done there!

Absolutely a great place. The staff was friendly, caring, companionate. They addressed my issues as soon as I arrived. They developed a plan of treatment with me, even working with my insurance to arrive at the best possible price. I will not go anywhere else.

They were awesome. They fixed me right up on a Saturday!! Dr. EDDLEMAN your the best as always no pain with my numbness shot, and Taliya u was awesome also. Made me feel comfortable, and laughed at all my jokes 😆 🤣 😂. Samantha the manager as always scheduling 📅 my appointments to fit my schedule. Jefferson dental is the place to go for alllll your dental needs!💪🏽 they are very professional and compassionate when it comes to any type of dental work. I googled best dentist place and Jefferson dental was number 4 at the time and I chose them because of my living location at the time and I haven’t went anywhere since I chose them. Miss Edellman always knew how to take my mind off of the numbing shots with her saying “BREATH THROUGH YOUR BOSE, AND WIGGLE YOUR TOES”!$😂 o love that place I won’t be switching dentist unless that location shuts down. Oh and by the way👀 there coffee is AMAZING!🙌🏽

This place is great! Dr. Eddleman and Demeatrice (hope I spelt your name right bro!) are a rock solid team! I have had the misfortune of having my lower wisdom teeth removed on two separate occasions. These two (plus the lovely ladies at the front desk) made it an easy, straight forward, and relatively painless process! I drive all the way from NW OKC to see this crew specifically. 10/10 tell ya friend!

Great dentist and team! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very thorough in the exam and Dr. Eddleman is very personable and relational. I felt very comfortable asking her questions. Dr. Eddleman cleaned my teeth vs a hygienist, which made the wait time longer, but she was very efficient.
