The
regional
manager
and
accounting
were
supposed
to
call
me,
what
a
joke!
This
company
STILL
sucks!!!
Their
Google
responses
are
auto
generated,
and
the
number
they
provide
is
just
a
call
center
that
also
refuses
to
help
you!
Please
read
the
reviews.
They
are
not
wrong.
While
they
are
"nice,"
they
are
liars
and
truly
do
not
care.
Customer
satisfaction
is
NOT
a
priority
to
this
location.
After
being
told
by
multiple
employees
that
since
we
didn't
have
insurance,
we
would
pay
$29
initially,
then
50%
off
of
any
services.
They
refused
to
honor
that.
Dr.
Mattie
Eddleman
flat
out
told
my
husband
she
didn't
want
to
do
the
extraction
because
she
doesn't
like
doing
them.
He
opted
for
the
service
anyway
because
of
the
excruciating
pain
he's
in.
Well,
2
hours
later,
still
no
extraction,
and
he's
in
excruciating
pain.
Now
we
have
to
wait
90
days
to
get
his
tooth
pulled
because
they
claim
it
takes
90
days
to
process
refunds.
What
a
joke,
I'm
an
accountant
and
know
this
to
be
false
with
any
company!
Yessenia,
in
the
billing,
just
kept
lying
and
truly
had
no
idea
how
to
do
her
job.
My
husband
specifically
asked
if
the
price
was
around
$150,
and
she
said
yes.
Yet,
she
turned
around
and
charged
me
$312.
And,
was
absolutely
not
apologetic
what
so
ever,
just
argumentative,
when
I
brought
it
to
her
attention.
She
kept
saying
she
had
no
idea
what
I
was
talking
about.
If
you
don't
know
your
job,
maybe
you
shouldn't
be
in
that
position.
Or
before
giving
false
information,
ask
someone
who
would
know.
She
truly
is
not
an
asset
to
your
company.
