    After multiple bad experiences with Dental Lodge, I finally left my appointment today in tears and won’t be going back. My very first appointment at Dental Lodge was rescheduled by staff due to training in the office. They gave me less than 24 hours notice of the appointment change, and when I wasn’t able to make it in that short notice, the office manager tried to tell me I would no longer be welcomed as a patient in their office. Luckily, we were able to communicate, work out the situation, and reschedule the appointment. During that appointment Dr. Nguyen informed me that I had a failed root canal and would need to come back to have it redone along with some fillings. I went back a few weeks later for the fillings, and again, Dr. Nguyen told me I needed to come back so he could redo my old root canal. After that appointment I received a $350 bill in the mail and panicked about finances, only to find out they had sent the bill by mistake. This morning I went in for my root canal, (that Dr. Nguyen told me twice to schedule with him). I was in the chair, ready to begin when Dr. Nguyen informed me that he can’t do my procedure and isn’t sure why I scheduled it with him. He offered to send me to a specialist later today, and let me know the cost would be more than double what I paid them, which is “a pretty good deal, honestly.” I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Jill and the younger woman at the front desk, they’ve always been helpful and kind. However, the constant miscommunication and neglect of my needs as a patient has taken my pre-existing dental anxiety and multiplied it. *** In the middle of writing this review I received a call from the specialist telling me they looked at my x-rays and didn’t think I needed the procedure redone. I will be seeking a second opinion.****

    The people at Dental Lodge are absolutely awesome! They see our whole family, and they are always flexible with our scheduling! The staff is constantly checking to see if we are doing good and they are great on making sure that they take care of each other as well! I had a cavity filled and also root canal, and felt no pain on either one!

    I was as having severe tooth pain and was able to get in right away as a new patient. The dental hygienist was very kind and impressively knowledgeable! When the dentist quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a treatment plan, he was so gentle about delivering news I did not want to hear. He was very transparent and answered all of my questions! He made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable moment. I will absolutely return for all my future needs! I definitely recommend!!

    My appointment was changed from 10:30 to 10:00. I showed up at 9:50 and wasn’t taken back until 10:35. I then spent 45 minutes in the back for the dentist to spend 5 minutes. I made the appointment for a cleaning and it turns out they don’t do that on a first appointment as a new patient. Which is fine however was never told this. Xrays were taken and the dentist looked in my mouth then had to make an appointment for a cleaning 4 months from now.

    Dental Lodge is a great place. My two boys (8 and 4) were a little nervous at first, but the hygienist and the doctor made them feel very comfortable. My oldest son has Down Syndrome and they did great with him. My husband and I are looking forward to becoming new patients of Dental Lodge very soon. Thank you guys! You are a great team!

    My family and I have been seen by Dr. Nabors and the Dental Lodge staff for over 10 years. Not sure how they do it, but it gets better and better each visit. The staff is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Dental Lodge has set the bar extremely high. Keep up the great work!!!!

    Very courteous and professional staff. Gave me a thorough examination, answered all my questions, broke down my options in detail, and gave an explanation of charges and payment plans. Relaxing, lodge-like atmosphere..hence the name: Dental Lodge. Highly recommend!!

    Dr. Smith and all of his staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We love going to see them, they treat us like family. My daughter has managed to pop 3 brackets off of her new braces before ever getting to her first 6 week appointment and they were quick to get her in and taken care of.
