Despite negative reviews we went anyway and we were very happy with it. All of us are satisfied. Great service and it does not smell like cigarettes.

A huge grilled chicken salad and a tasty spinach, mushroom and tomato omelette was our order. This is an old style diner with huge portions and great service. The restaurant is a little run down, but we didn't mind.

The food portions are great!! LOVE it every time i come here. Ben and the girls are always friendly and pleasant. The Chicken Fried Steak is my absolute favorite!! The burgers have a good flavor and are juicy. The pancakes this time were relatively smaller than my previous visits. 🤔. But the flavor and fluffiness was still there. It is a diner but could benefit from a bit of cleaning and fixing up around the windows. The flies were a tad annoying.

I usually order to-go meals whenever I can. However, I have also eaten inside where the service is fast and the wait staff is efficient and professional. I'm always well taken care of for sure. Breakfast is my favorite meal to order and Madison's definitely has the expertise and experience to prepare some very tasty grub. I always look forward to ordering from them again.

Pros: the food was a great price and tasted as expected. The service was ok. Cons: The first smell that hits as soon as you walk into the entryway is cigarette smoke. It was so strong we almost didn't go in to eat. Our table had not been well cleaned with used creamer containers and tissue in the booth.

Great home-style food. Large portions, next time we’ll share a plate. You definitely get your money’s worth. The prices are more than fair. We went for breakfast and will definitely be going back, and will try lunch sometime as well. (On the question for how much we spent per person I chose $10-$20, the amount we spent was on the low end of that, much closer to $10 than $20 each)

The food was fine I guess. The pancakes were good, but my mom's eggs had unwanted stuff in it (something else that was cooked before the eggs). I liked the sausage (didn't love it, though), and the bacon was fine but not great. The place could definitely use a face-lift. And I'm not a smoker but this place allows smoking, which I didn't care for. Because even though it was on the other side of the building, in a room with a door, you could still smell it. Non smokers shouldn't have to smell that while eating. (Not to shame smokers) The place could be better.

Don't sleep on Madison's! This great country diner in the heart of the business district of Del City will not disappoint! The staff is freindly and the food is great! You'll feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. Skip the chains and eat local for a change! Plus if you are a smoker they have a divided section sealed off so that you may enjoy a smoke without fear of disturbing other patrons...overall a wonderful place!

Huge breakfast for an extremely reasonable price, the chicken fried steak was good the eggs were perfect cooked to over medium as ordered. Quick service and the waitresses were all very attentive, I would definitely come back again next time I am passing through and want to grab a bite before hitting the road!

The service we received was very good. The selection of items to choose from is good. Cleanliness is good. The quality of the food we received was average to good. My group had both breakfast and lunch items from the menu. I would not mind visiting again.

This man has the entryway smelling like smoke and when you walk out the door he blows it in your face. Won’t be back. The food was just ok

My mother and I was at the restaurant yesterday for lunch. Our first time there and we were disappointed. We order 2 chicken fried steak lunches and when them food was brought out, the chicken fried steak was very, very small underneath the orderly batter meat. I took all the crust off and there was a small piece of meat, the potatoes with gravy had no taste, the corn tasted as if someone a can and heated it up, the Texas toast had a god awful taste, slightly burnt. So your food was nasty tasting and I will let my friend's and family know. The waitress was very nice.

My husband & his brother comes in Sunday morning for coffee and gets take out for us. We get the same thing for the last 3sundays. First Sunday forgot biscuit.. Second, Sunday gravy that was nothing but water. And the third sunday enough Gravy for 1 1/2order not three Large order of Biscuits and gravy. No did not call to grap. Husband did not check before leaving. And live a little far to go back and do anything about it. So this is my gripe check your order before you leave this restaurant.

This little place is spectacular. Small town vibe in the City. Service was friendly and food came out quick. I ordered the basic scramble thinking I wasn't that hungry and got a massive, great lookin plate of breakfast. Gravy was amazing, sausage was good, scrambled eggs were FLAWLESS. Will definitely visit again.

Large menu yet the food was very good. Biscuits and gravy was awesome! I'll be back to try the 3 styles of eggs Benedict.

Sorry I didn’t get her name but our waitress was great!! Friendly, took care of us, anticipated needs, and all without overdoing it. We could actually carry on a conversation. She gets 5 Stars. Temperature of food left a little to be desired, for both of us. Chicken fry a little greasy but that could be my tastebuds since I eat little fried food now. The country gravy and sausage gravy were both good. It’s a diner. Not in my neighbor so will probably stay closer to home.

I'm sure at one time this was a really good reasturant but it seems run down. Definitely needs updated inside maybe fresh paint would at least make it seem not so dinghy. Food was less then waffle house. I don't have a desire to go back. It gets 2 stars because I'm sure someone is holding onto it for dear life it's been around awhile I can tell by the regular old timers in there but it definitely needs to be freshened up to get with the times.

Decided to try this place that had mixed reviews . The food was great I had the combo skillet with over medium eggs, my husband had breakfast combo number 2 with biscuits and gravy. Everything was cooked right and tasted great. The waitress was so sweet and kind. The interior could use a remodel but it had a comfortable old feel about it. Would recommend anyone to give it a try like we did despite the negative reviews you will find on here.

Madison's in Del City is a nice, friendly diner environment that makes sure you're well fed for a decent price. It's clean and the waitress was friendly and attentive. I like to go here with my friend and really enjoy the family friendly atmosphere.

Rarely come here, but when we do it's pretty nice. Reminds me of when I'd go to breakfast with my grandpa and just talk to him for a few hrs drinking coffee and eating breakfast! Haven't been to eat anything other than breakfast yet! Very good quality food, though, so far.

I gotta be fair on the rating, because it's just like a regular breakfast place. I will say the waffles are a 10/10. And also the cute little blonde waitress that gave me a hug was everything. Y'all need to give her a raise. I love her 😄❤️

Awesome place to eat. I had the deuces wild. It came with two eggs, two sausage links, two strips of bacon, two pancakes and four triangle pieces of French toast. All at a great value! For those that smoke they also have a separate area for you as well. Very rare these days but I thought was kinda awesome. Food came out quick and Mary who was my server was very attentive and did a awesome job. If you are looking for a good old fashion diner this is it. I travel all over the place about and this is at the top of great places to go

We live near Madison's new location on S Western and around 121st. No wait and the room looked great but then I noticed it was noisy. The hard surfaces of the high ceiling and floor caused this room to be the loudest I have ever been in. Very difficult to hold a conversation at the table. The waitress was friendly and we ordered our breakfast. When the food arrive it all looked fine but when we started to eat, well that was a different story. The pancakes use a different type of batter that is so sweet, I could only eat about 1/3rd and left the rest. My wife had a ham and cheese omelet with their potatoes. She asked for Catchup and it was so sweet she could not eat but about 1/3rd of her meal. We did not say anything but just paid the bill and left. The located. There were others at the cashier's stand waiting to pay but I might try them one more time because the location is so close, but I will order something else next time. They do need to fix the noise and echo in the room.

Wait staff is great! Food is pretty decent too, I'd recommend it for breakfast or lunch. If you're not a smoker try to get a seat far from the enclosed area where people apparently indulge in such. Thumbs up on omelettes, sandwiches, and fries.
