Great service. I ordered on line and used the curbside pickup option. Love my Werebeagle! So much fun.

Always friendly and helpful staff, but never pressure to follow you around. Plus, the gold crown rewards are wonderful savings and combinable, but they will keep track of what is redeemed and what is not so you don't have to.

Just walked in for the first time ever. One of the employees with the long hair wasn't very nice. When I said hi, she said hello back but in a very rude tone. Not sure what that was about. Was gona do some Christmas shopping in there but I guess I do that somewhere else!! They do have gorgeous things in there though! To bad!

I ordered a Keepsake ornament online and selected this store location because I have always had great customer service here. They had my ornament ready and it was a quick process to pick up!

The workers are t very nice at all I went in and smiled and they where behind the counter just talking too eachother and I was looking at some wallets and asked the price and the lady came over and helped but that's pretty much it also when I was ready to check out they stood their behind the counter, BOTH of them for like 5 minutes talking to another lady that had just came in and didn't even notice I was standing right infont of them ready to check out so I had to say excuse a couple times. Very rood workers but the things are nice.

Love this store, the selection of items is always amazing and the customer service is excellent. The ladies are so welcoming and kind it makes the shopping experience that much better!
