I would give zero stars if it was an option! Myself and my roommate have physically walked over to the manager's office let them know that we have had a leak in the master bedroom shower and under the kitchen sink. They have said to us in person that they would send somebody over to fix these leaks. We have yet to see anybody come over to fix these leaks. Management and assistant manager are barely on site. They never answer the phones. Always has an excuse and nothing ever gets done. This has been over a month that we have complained several times about these leaks. Our bill is going up due to these leaks. Mold has developed within the wood under the kitchen sink due to the leak. Mold is developing in the master bathroom because of poor caulking. The kitchen sink we have to put a turkey pan under it to catch all the water that continues to leak. This is completely unprofessional and can be damaging to People's Health due to possible mold toxicity and nothing getting done. On another note I've had my car stolen due to lack of lighting in the complexes as well as security. To me it shows that they don't really care about the community. They just pretty much give us an excuse until the next time that we complain about the same issue, and then we get another excuse. We've lived here for 3 years we pay to use the amenities and we can't use the amenities due to management or any staff members being on site. We're pretty much ready to go ahead and start talking to the landlord tenant people this is an ongoing issue with no resolutions.

Maintenance is slow, management will just never respond to any written communication, and you will have plenty of issues with parking. Do not trust the current state of this complex. I'm starting to believe that management refuses to put anything into writing, as it would cause them to be liable for anything they said they would do. I've had my car towed, because I was forced to move it from its assigned stall while the lot was repaved. After being told explicitly that parking in front of the office would be the correct place, and that there would be space, my car was towed since I apparently wasn't in the right spot. Even though there was no open parking, except down the street under the signs that indicate a towaway zone. These were also not specified as a place that I could park. Neighbors are constantly stealing the stall I have been assigned, as parking is so limited. And any guest parking that was available before is being removed in February, so I'm sure that will only get worse. My apartment was flooded due to a bathroom sink being repaired previously with sub-par plumbing (plastic valves meant for low-pressure outdoor use were installed under the sink, so naturally one shot off in the middle of the night without ever being touched.) And above all, the walls in these units are incredibly thin. There's no fixing poor insulation, and you WILL hear the neighbors with even the slightest noise. If you're looking for a good complex, this isn't it. Don't believe the promo material.

I am completely ignored. Upon arrival, you are required to pay $25 to have your trash carried to the on-site trash cans. But the contracted company, Valet Living, has a 1.3 star rating and more than 100 negative reviews that they do not do their job for any reason. Our garbage is ignored, but we pay money. We have been living here for 1 month and our trash has been next to the apartment for the entire month. Cockroaches are expected, but managers don't care. They just ignore me and are going to continue taking money for nothing. If I had known what the $25 fee entailed (namely, that I have to ask friends to pick up my trash because the apartment manager doesn't allow trash cans on site), I would not have rented this apartment. I pay and have difficulties. I don't recommend it.

Managers don't solve problems. It is difficult to find them in the office and when they see you, they will say we will call you back. And they don't call back. They just ignore you. And don't trust their responses to reviews, it's an automatic response. You pay money and that’s where your interaction with managers ends. Then you just pay for something that doesn't exist!!!! I do not recommend this complex!!!!

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! HAD THE ASSISTANT MANAGER HANG UP THE PHONE WHILE I HAD A COMPLAINT THAT THEY TOWED OUR CAR GOR THE 4th TIME AFTER PREVIOUSLY BEING TOLD MY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER THEY IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE BE TOWED DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A CARPOOOL WHEN THEY TOWED IT MY MOM WENT TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHY THEY TOOK THE CAR WHEN WE WERE INFORMED OTHER WISE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHO IS PUERTO RICAN REFUSED TO ACCURATELY INTERPRET MY MOM IN SPANISH TO THE MANAGER WHO WAS THERE AS WELL! ICALLED HER TODAY 10/13/23 TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THIS MATTER SHE REFUSED TO PROPERLY COMMUNICATE AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE MID CONVERSATION.

I reported my dish washer. They came looked at it do some work, left without saying anything. Next thing you know I turned on the dish washer to train and clean all the mold. To my surprise, they didn’t fix it. My dishwasher was not fix at all.

I’ve lived in this apartment for many years now, and have very few complaints. I rarely have maintenance issues (2). They were addressed promptly and fixed to my satisfaction. My car has been vandalized twice, stolen catalytic converter, and break in attempting to steal. They have installed additional lighting in this area recently. If I weren’t happy I wouldn’t have stayed!!

This is our second year living here, it’s been bad. Paid for parking spot for two cars one assigned and the other one is not, and there is barely any parking spots. They give warning notes to any person waiting in the car by the mailbox “ that’s what happens to my husband. He works nights and comes home in the morning no parking spots at times” . Have to move our vehicles every week to not get a written warning. People here save spots for others the reason there isn’t any spots available. Don’t even go out in the weekend you won’t find any. There are times where we’ve found others parked on our assigned parking spot and it gets frustrating I’ve notified the office and yet haven’t done anything. Garbage bins have been taken out and gave us our own garbage cans, the garbage can’t be a certain weight or they will not pick it up. I like the way it was before we live up a hill so it’s annoying when it happens and we have to go down to throw it. Other than that nothing else is wrong, the apartment itself is spacious.

An excellent place where you can live calmly and comfortably.
