I would of given 5 stars but the lady employee that is at the self check out right now was extremely rude to me! She embarrassed me by accusing me of stealing MY OWN PURSE!!!! And then said I changed a price tag on something. I will NEVER shop at this place again because of this one extremely rude employee!! I spent $70.00 on 2 items at a thrift store and the employee accused me of trying to steal my own purse! SMH!!!! She should not work with customers because she has zero customer service and she is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with!

I find it absurd that this place and also many of there competitors place prices on items that are ridiculous. $30-$40 for shoes that you can get online cheaper. $10-$20 for shirts that are worn and faded some with stains. I understand this is a business and its all about making the most money as possible, but is it just me or do they forget literally everything they have was donated and they have $0 cost for products. I know rent, payroll, electric, insurance. Etc. Etc. But why are there some thriftstores that operate under the same parameters and they can offer way lower prices and still stay in business. One for example is literally across the street from this location and they have realistic prices and very nice store. But it seems apparent that this business and the other one that rhymes with Schmood-mill are only about making the most $$ as possible with crazy prices. Don't get me wrong you can still find a deal every once and a while but thats only if something slips through there fingers and makes it to the floor.

Here’s a skirt I donated that I bought for maybe $4… here it is priced almost at $10. I miss being able to shop at my favorite value village for reasonable prices. The racks are so full and hard to look through. Most of it garbage clothing (lularoe, shein and other super cheap clothing) at expensive prices, probably more than people paid for it. No one is buying the majority of the clothes because it’s fast fashion at an unreasonably high price… I thought Value Village cares about the environment? These clothes are just going into the landfill instead of helping people in need of cheap clothing 👍 STOP PROFITING OFF CAPITALISM. ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE DONATED, WHERE IS THE INFLATION? BRING BACK FITTING ROOMS OR CHANGE YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY TO A RETURN POLICY. STOP STEALING FROM POOR PEOPLE. STOP BEING AN EVIL FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION.

Be aware that their policy is not to allow returns on defective non clothe items. In tiny words on your receipt, it says that. Also, in a small sign at the register. So then the manager has to make an allowance that leaves everyone upset. Really lousy customer service.

I often go to various Thrift stores these days. The purpose is to look for used flowerpots and vases. It's also the gardening season, and you'll find affordable items in the Thrift store. So I visited here today. It was a weekday afternoon, but there were quite a few customers. I couldn't find the pots and vases I wanted, but I found a unique glass and decided to buy it. I posted a photo so you can see it. Six mini glasses in one for $ 2.99. Nowadays, you can't buy something like this at a regular store. And if you're 55 or older, you'll get a 30% discount every Tuesday. Donate your stuff to support the store and you have the benefit of being able to buy something at a reasonable price here.

They're never going to re-open their dressing rooms, which is annoying as all hell. Also, worst return policy ever. On the receipt it states: "The value of the exchange will be credited toward same day purchases." So if you don't find anything to exchange your item for that day, you're out of luck.

Not sure why people take high pride in shuffling through the discarded items of people in society that have too much. Most of these items are tarnished and heavily warn. They use to have higher standards of what items they put out but now they don't. I've yet to be in a value village that was clean and well organized. I admit I was poor once and used places like this to get established. As my income status in society changed I vowed never to return to second hand stores. As my education, skills and etiquette advanced I did not realize the clientele this store draws in. When you attract the most impoverished level of society you sort of bring in what you pay for. I use to donate all my junk items but after fighting with this system for a couple decades I now just trash can them. Some locations are small and don't have a lot of inside room. The over flow items they just leave outside in the open. Well around here that trashes them due to the heavy elements. Here is big enough you don't have to worry about that.

They should take the time to better organize their products. It feels very crowded and all over the place! Hard to find what you're looking for. Although they've got a great selection of gear for all sizes , ages && genders...
